Shelter life can be stressful, and Grover sometimes lets everyone know he’d rather be somewhere quieter. In a home setting, though, he’s shown that he’s a very different dog.Grover is a gentle, affectionate boy who loves belly rubs, cuddling, and following his people around. He enjoys being near his humans and has a sweet, observant personality, he’s the kind of dog who likes to watch what’s going on and be part of the moment.He also gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine friend around. When it comes to walks, Grover can pull a little on the leash, so some leash training would help him polish his skills.Grover can be sensitive to loud noises, so a calmer home environment would probably suit him best. And while many dogs go wild for treats or peanut butter, Grover is a bit different, he’s not especially motivated by them, which just adds to his unique personality.If you can look past the noisy kennel introduction, you’ll discover a very sweet cuddle bug who just needs a comfortable place to relax and a person to stick close to.Grover is ready to show his true personality in a home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood.
