Hi! My name is Walker! I'm a 9-month-old Boxer mix with lots of energy, lots of love, and occasionally not a whole lot going on between my ears. I LOVE people, but I might love other dogs even more. If you want to play, I’m in. If you want to go for a walk, I’m in. If you want to hang out outside, I’m in. If you want to go swimming… I will be staying on shore and providing moral support. Some of my favorite hobbies include playing with my dog friends, going on walks, chewing on frozen veggies and bones, and taking up as much room as physically possible on the couch or bed. I am a world-class snuggler and firmly believe that personal space is more of a suggestion than a rule. I may not pay rent, but I WILL take up 75% of your mattress. I had a bit of a rough start to life. I was found as an injured stray, with both hind limbs fractured, so I couldn't use my hind legs for quite a while. The good news is that I’m back on my feet and ready for adventure! I’m still figuring out exactly how all four of my legs are supposed to work together, so sometimes my method of getting from Point A to Point B is… creative. It certainly doesn't slow me down, though! I’m also working hard on becoming an educated young gentleman. I know sit, stay, and come, although my success rate may depend on how exciting everything else in the room is. Sometimes it takes me a minute to figure out what you’re asking, but once the lightbulb comes on, I am VERY excited about it. I love making my people happy and am eager to keep learning. Basically, I’m looking for someone who wants a goofy, energetic best friend during the day and an oversized cuddle buddy at night. Bonus points if you have another dog for me to play with, a steady supply of frozen vegetables, and a bed you don’t mind sharing. Mocha is a sweet adult boxer/pit mix who is full of love and excitement. She is the sweetest cuddle bug but also very playful. She loves interacting with dogs much smaller than her and will constantly demand love and attention. She can be quite vocal and nervous when meeting new people, though and asks for patience when becoming her friend. She loves to be outdoors, but does not care for car rides as they may make her a bit anxious. If you are looking for a sweet, snuggly girl, ask to meet Mocha!

Josie came from prairie paws shelter from being a stray they don’t know much about her past she is very loving but needs someone who is home a lot the reason for giving up for adoption is my roommates do not want a dog in the house anymore but she is very cuddly and loves to play walks pretty well without major distractions could use work with licking peoples faces and just separation anxiety.
