Meet Louie! Louie is a chilled, sweet 5-year-old gentleman who is looking for a new loving home after the passing of his elderly family. While this change was no fault of his own, Louie has handled it with grace and continues to be the affectionate, easygoing companion he has always been. Louie weighs about 55 lbs and is the definition of laid-back. He loves lounging on the couch, soaking up companionship, and quietly being part of the household. He is incredibly sweet-natured and well-mannered. Louie has a sister, Marley, whom he is bonded with and would be thrilled to be adopted alongside. If that is not possible, Louie would do well in a home with another friendly dog to provide comfort and companionship. He gets along wonderfully with dogs and people of all ages. Louie has been well cared for—he is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Ace came to us from a very small shelter. He was said to be submissive to other dogs which seemed to be true, unfortunately one of our other dogs was territorial at introduction and scared Ace to the point over the past 4 months we have been unable to let them be in the yard together without super vision. When our territorial one tries to play, Ace gets scared and bites him. Ace is a sweet boy, loves to play but when inside likes to climb on your lap if you’re on the floor. We have three kids & a baby & he is amazing with them all! Ace definitely needs a fenced in yard as he likes to run off. We have a farm so he often gets out to play with neighbors cows but he always comes back. He is friendly with strangers. He knows simple commands & is honestly such a sweet boy who unfortunately is scared of our other dogs.
