Meet Louie! Louie is a chilled, sweet 5-year-old gentleman who is looking for a new loving home after the passing of his elderly family. While this change was no fault of his own, Louie has handled it with grace and continues to be the affectionate, easygoing companion he has always been. Louie weighs about 55 lbs and is the definition of laid-back. He loves lounging on the couch, soaking up companionship, and quietly being part of the household. He is incredibly sweet-natured and well-mannered. Louie has a sister, Marley, whom he is bonded with and would be thrilled to be adopted alongside. If that is not possible, Louie would do well in a home with another friendly dog to provide comfort and companionship. He gets along wonderfully with dogs and people of all ages. Louie has been well cared for—he is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Maverick is brindle Boxer approximately 11 mos. old and weighs 58 lbs. He was brought to us by law enforcement, but we were able to contact his previous owner and learned the following information: Maverick was originally obtained from someone in the Wal-Mart parking in June 2025 when he was just a puppy. While in their care, he was housebroken and lived in a home with 12 children (ages 1-13) and is good with women and obviously children. Maverick can be a bit shy/skittish at first and may take a bit to warm up to men. Maverick loves to play outside and will need continued training as he's still very much a puppy.
