Lexi is the sweetest girl ever! She’s about 6 years old and was an owner surrender to the local shelter for “not being able to afford to feed her”. However, they waited to get her help until you could see every bone in her body! She was so emaciated that it was of great concern if her internal organs were still working. And yes they are! Lexi has now gained weight and is building her strength back and full of life and love to give! She’s learning to trust again, and how to be a beloved family member. Lexi loves children! She rolls in the floor with them and loves to play chase and ball. Lexi will need a gentle hand to help her continue to learn to trust,  and she must be the only pet.  ##2217373##

The only thing Lovie doesn`t seem to like is cats. She gets along well with other dogs.
