Hi, I`m Smudge! (~65lbs)I`m a very sweet and playful pup who enjoys long walks and yummy treats. I love to be around my people and sometimes feel scared when I`m alone, so I need a family that will help me learn that my family will always come back when they leave. I am nervous when I meet new people, stranger danger!! I need time and patience to get comfortable with you. For this reason it is important to be familiar with dog body launguage to help set me up for success. I am working on my manners I love to jump up high and kiss you right on the mouth, but not everyone likes that I guess. I am quirky and sweet and am sure you will love me once we are friends.I`d be happy to live in a home with another dog, and with a family that will give me lots of time to play.

I arrived to GHS in need of immediate medical care; I was completely blocked with dangerous bladder stones. Now that I’ve received the surgery and care I needed, I’m on the search for my forever home. I’m looking for a family that’s committed to continuing my special diet to keep me healthy due to my history of bladder and kidney stones.
