Story
Ruby was an owner surrender. Her owner is disabled and has a very hard time getting around anymore. She is very large and knocks him over frequently so he had to make the hard choice to surrender her. Ruby is a 4 year old Boxer/Pit mix. She is very sweet but is also very sad and stressed being here. She will settle in time but it is very sad watching her miss her dad. She can be fearful of some men sometimes but warms up quickly. She seems to like most other dogs here, meet and greet would be best. Ruby did live in a home with other dogs and cats before. She is spayed and up to date.

Story
Chance was brought to us on quarantine hold. His owners were being arrested for child neglect and drug charges. During all the excitement of the cops in the home arresting, he grabbed one of the officer's legs. It was very scary for him, so we understand his accident. He has passed his 10 day hold but his owners have not come for him. Chance is actually a very good dog. Such a happy fella and loves to play ball. House trained and never has an accident. He is shy at first, but he warms right up. He will be neutered soon.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Clara. I came to the Olive Branch as a stray. A nice man kept me and tried to find my owner for several days until OBARR had room for me. Sadly, no one came for me, so here I am looking for a new forever home. I am a very active girl, who loves to run. I get the zoomies in the play yard and run like the wind. I would love a (high) fenced yard so I can run and run. I'm a little too active for small children, but older ones or teens would be good. I seem to get along with most dogs and would love to meet any dogs in your home, just to make sure we will be good friends. My fondest hope is to find an active family that will take me on adventures. I love to explore and experience new things. The only deal breaker for me would be cats. I heard one of the ladies here say that I am cat crazy! Chasing them is such fun... well fun for me, but probably not the cats. So, a home without cats for me! I have been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, combo tested (all negative) and up to date with my preventives. If you think we would be a good match, please fill out the adoption application on this website.  ♡Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 12, 2026, 1:15 pm
