*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Fish! She is a recent graduate of our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and she is ready to show off her new skills! Her new abilities include 'sit', 'High Five', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Fish is full of positive energy! She is always ready for an adventure. Whether that be with her humans or other dogs. She gets along with all dogs she's met, large and small and does fine sharing her toys with them. She can be a bit afraid of inanimate objects, such as brooms and mops. But if she is able to approach them on her own terms she settles. Fish needs positive reinforcements. She's quite silly this way. She's a people pleaser and is very focused when there are tasty treats involved. She has been on a sensitive skin and stomach food, and her skin is in good condition. We assume she has some allergies, as her skin gets red and itchy when she is on different food. It's best to keep her on this food. She does well in her kennel at PACK. Fish was curious about cats when she met them. They attempted to smack her, and she backed off and kept her distance. She has successfully lived with them, but we do feel she'll need a dog friend to occupy her time and to distract from the cats. If it's just her and the cats, she may decide they are a fun thing to chase. Fishy is ready to find her new home! So, apply to meet her today!

Story
Kona is a beautiful boxer mix who will be 3 years old this May. She is full of love, joy, and personality, and she has the biggest heart. She forms strong bonds with her people and truly just wants to be close to those she loves. She is a high-energy girl who needs space to run, play, and be herself, so a home with a backyard is very important for her. Kona would do best as the only pet where she can soak up all the love and attention, though a calm, small dog may be okay with the right match and slow introduction. She is house trained and crate trained. She would thrive in a home with a family or individual who is home most of the time and can give her the time, exercise, and companionship she needs. Kona is loyal, people-focused, and wants nothing more than to be someone’s constant companion. January 21, 2026, 2:01 pm

Story
Rose is everything you expect from a Boxer, affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she’s as close to her humans as possible, she can be timid and shy at first, but she warms up quickly and forms deep bonds when she feels safe. She gets along wonderfully with other animals and would thrive in a home with furry companions, but she’d also do great as an only pet receiving all the attention. Rose is currently in a foster home and doing great learning her manners. She’s smart, gentle, and eager to please. If you’re looking for a loving companion with classic Boxer charm and a tender heart, Rose might be your perfect match. Rose is a 3-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $350 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Rose is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Meet Stuffed Bell Pepper, a energetic soul with a tender heart. Stuffed Bell Pepper came to us as a stray, so his past is a bit of a mystery, but one thing is clear he’s a sweet, sensitive boy who’s ready to find his safe place. New situations can make him nervous, so he’ll do best with a patient adopter who understands the value of slow introductions and letting trust grow at his pace. Stuffed bell pepper would do best in a home as the only dog, he doesn't prefer the company of other furry friends. With kindness, consistency, and a calm environment, Stuffed Bell Pepper blossoms into a loyal, loving companion who just wants to feel secure. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted friend to take life one step at a time with you, he might be your perfect match. Medical Consideration explained: Pepper has some sore feet as a result of the icy outdoors! He has some booties to wear while outside in the snow to protect his sore feet!
