All Aboard!!! Animal Rescue Passenger Sage Waiting for a Forever Home!
ADOPTION FEE: $200
Meet Sage: After the hard work of raising a litter of 9 puppies, Sage is looking for a home where she can be the center of attention surrounded by adults ready to spoil her. She is sweet, loving, and the perfect mix of adventurous and cuddly. Sage is still working on her leash manners, but is crate trained and knows sit, wait, down, place, and heal.

Meet Sage 🌿 — a total sweetheart with a goofy spark and a heart full of love!
Sage is a sweet, smart, and cuddly girl who always gets compliments on how pretty she is. Inside she’s calm, well-behaved, and a proud couch potato, happy to relax by your side after a day of fun. She knows sit, lay down, wait (stay), and she's working on place. Mealtime is a breeze—she patiently waits in her designated spot when asked to sit and wait. She is very motivated by food and ice cubes (her favorite treat). She wags her tail and looks at you with her cute seal face.
This girl has such a cute, goofy personality and absolutely gets the zoomies when the moment is right! She loves her Kong and chew toys, and her crate is her happy place. When it’s time for bed, she goes into her crate willingly and excitedly, sleeps through the night, and will even sleep in.
Sage loves to run free off leash and has been doing great with recall, coming happily when called “here". She would be an excellent match for someone active or a home with space and a yard where she can explore, roam, and burn off energy. She is still learning leash manners. She has a way to go since she can pull or get overly excited when she sees other dogs, but she’s actively working on heeling and loose-leash walking and making progress.
One important note: Sage does not do well with young children. They tend to stress her out and make her uncomfortable inside, which is why we are looking for a child-free home where she can truly relax and thrive.

We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have animals at our office, and not all animals attend adoption events. To coordinate a meet and greet with a specific animal please contact us!
We can only finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better, it takes time to review and approve applications!
We host adoption events almost every Saturday from *11:00 AM to 2:00 PM* around the Fort Collins community!
