Story
Rio is the sweetest boy! He's a 7 month old mixed breed (guessing boxer/pitbull) from Southern New Mexico, where he was abandoned, left tied to the shelter fence with an electrical cord overnight. He loves other dogs and people, and is on the submissive side. He is very good in his kennel and does not potty in there, and is good at walking on leash, but can get slightly nervous of loud noises or people coming at him quickly from above. He is mostly house trained. Rio loves toys and snacks (big fan of pup cups) and would do best in a home with another dog to play with. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. If interested in adopting, please fill out the application at the following link: https://www.wildwestpetrescue.org/adopt

Story
Hi, I'm Selena! I'm around 2 years old, 50lbs, and a Mountain Cur mix. I am a very sweet girl and love people and other pups. I haven't had much experience around cats, but I do like to chase bunnies. I was rescued from a kill-shelter with my large litter of puppies. I was forced to nurse them in the back of an office with no ventilation in 90+ degree heat. Then my pups were taken and given away for free. I was put on the kill list and was saved and made my way here. I would love nothing more than a family to love and go on adventures with. I would be a great addition to your family!

These pups are in Fort Collins, Colorado too!

He arrived as an unclaimed stray and is now waiting in an overcrowded shelter for someone to see what a special boy he is. This sweet boy is the life of the party—playful, silly, and full of classic pittie antics. With his derpy grin, goofy expressions, and clownish personality, he’ll keep you laughing all day long. Tobias has a medium energy level, meaning he loves to romp, zoom, and play, but he’s also happy to snuggle afterward. He walks well on the leash, loves people, and gets along with other dogs. He’s learning all the skills to be a wonderful companion, including some manners around other dogs as he can hump at times, and he’s eager to make his forever family proud. Don’t worry, he’s getting neutered in a few days to help with that. He enjoys playing with dogs too so would love some dog friends. ✨ Tobias is sweet, goofy, and one of a kind. He’s ready to turn your life into a feel-good sitcom full of laughs, cuddles, and silly pittie hijinks. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick with a big heart and a bigger sense of humor, this derpy pittie boy is ready to be your new best friend. Interested in this furry companion? All Aboard!!! Animal Rescue Passenger Aisha Waiting for a Forever Home! ADOPTION FEE: $450 Meet Aisha: This sweet mama had 5 beautiful babies. She is submissive, sweet and food motivated. She is very gentle and ready for her forever home! From Their Previous Shelter: Meet the family - https://youtube.com/shorts/oE_31L0qK-c?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/_rWkeHRZ_q8?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/uHB_7Q9HC6I?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/Zny_9sXXchw?feature=share Meet Aisha — a 2-year-old, 34-pound pit bull beauty whose gentle heart and soulful eyes tell a story of strength, love, and hope. 💕 Aisha arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender with her nursing puppies, left outside to fend for herself during the most vulnerable time of her life. Despite it all, she has remained nothing but sweet, gentle, and forgiving. She poured every ounce of love she had into raising her babies — and now it’s her turn to be cared for, cherished, and spoiled the way she’s always deserved. This dainty little house hippo (and proud land seal) has the kindest soul. She’s submissive with other dogs, walks beautifully on leash, and greets new friends with belly-up rolls and happy wiggles. Aisha is food motivated, knows how to sit for treats, and takes them oh-so-gently — truly a good girl through and through. Aisha also has a playful, charming side — she loves to dress up and show off her sense of fashion! Whether she’s modeling her favorite outfit or posing for belly rubs, she radiates joy and gratitude just to be near people who care. After being left behind and working so hard to raise her puppies, Aisha is ready to retire from motherhood and live the good life — cozy beds, full bellies, and kind hands forever. She deserves a loving home for once and for all — one where she will never be neglected again, where she’ll know nothing but warmth, love, and safety. Interested in this furry companion?
