IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THIS DOG: Ombre can be easily startled by new people and things. He is occasionally slower to meeting new people, especially men, and other dogs. Ombre has the potential to get overwhelmed easily and can resource guard. Ombre needs an adopter who is patient and willing to continue his training. Ombre is big guy with a lot of love to give! He came to us with a few quirks that his foster has been helping him work through and he is constantly making progress! He does need an experienced adopter who will be dedicated to continued positive reinforcement training and ongoing socialization. He has come a long way since his arrival in January 2023 and needs the perfect partner in crime to help him continue making progress! Ombre can be a bit skittish with new sounds or unexpected movements and can resource guard at times. He is occasionally slow to warm up to new men and other dogs, but not consistently! He can get overwhelmed in new high-activity environments, so continued socialization is a must. Ombre is very loving and curious, and acts like he is his foster's shadow. This loving boy is a classic case of a dog who is worth the effort! With the right, experienced adopter who is committed to setting him up for success through continued training and socialization, Ombre will absolutely blossom into his adopter's most dedicated friend! Moose is a sweet, goofy 2.5-year-old dog with a big heart and lots of love to give. After a tough start in life, he’s proven to be incredibly resilient and is now ready for his forever home. He’s very food-motivated, making him highly trainable, and he loves staying active with runs and games of fetch. Moose is great with people, does well with older kids, and even gets along with cats.He’s made great progress on leash but can still be a bit reactive around other dogs, so continued training will help him keep improving. Moose may do best as the only dog or with a calm, submissive companion. He’s also a known counter surfer, so a home that can manage food boundaries is important.Moose is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, recently had a clean bill of health, and comes with a year of heartworm prevention. He’s ready to bring joy, loyalty, and plenty of laughs to his new home.

Julius, Boxer mix, 11 months, 63 lbs. Julius has grown up in two shelters. He hasn’t had a home since he was about 3 months old. His owner was arrested so he ended up at his first shelter. Meet Stella – a 1.5-year-old Boxer/Mastiff/Pit mix with a heart of gold, the zoomies of a WWE champion, and a PhD in couch lounging. Stella’s perfect day includes wrestling with her canine besties at doggie day care, followed by a snack break for some ice, and completed with an Olympic-level nap on the nearest couch. Crates? Hard pass. She’s much more interested in living her best free-range life. New people aren’t automatically admitted into Stella’s VIP club. She likes to take a minute to size you up, but once you’ve earned her trust, prepare yourself for Snuggle Fest 2026. Personal space becomes more of a suggestion than a rule, and she’ll happily cash in all the cuddles you’ve been saving. Because confidence is contagious, Stella is looking for a home with another playful, social dog who loves to wrestle and is comfortable meeting new people. A friendly canine buddy helps show her that strangers are just future friends with treats.
