PERSONALITY A more perfect pintsize pup, one would be hard pressed to find. T-Bell is a petite girl but don't let her size fool you, her love of life and all things dog is XL. T-Bell is as sweet as she is small. One of T-Bell's most impressive talents is her ability to jump...super high. While this is great for catching balls and playing with other dogs it does mean her new home will need to have a tall and secure fence. Despite having a rough start to life she greets each new person and situation the same way she greets every new day, with curiosity and exuberance. One could not ask for a better partner in crime as T-Bell is a total social butterfly. She also enjoys cuddles, sunbathing, toys and other dogs. Overall T-Bell is a truly wonderful, happy girl who is ready to share her big heart and even bigger personality with a furever family. GROOMING NEEDS T-Bell has short fur and needs only basic grooming. Monthly baths, bi-weekly nail trims and brushings are all T-Bell needs to be her most handsome. That said, she is always up for a little extra grooming TLC. Did we mention that adorable underbite?! *Please note, we have witnessed some resource guarding around food with other dogs from T-Bell. From her awesome foster: " Taco-Bell (t-bell) is such a sweet pup. She has a little bit of anxiety at times with new people, especially men, but warms up very quickly if greeted slowly! She thinks she is a lap dog and loves to be cuddling by you. She is also a velcro dog and will love to follow you around. She struggles with her anxiety a little bit in the crate as well, so I have been leaving her out and she just hangs out on the couch and hasn't been destructive at all. She's pretty much potty trained and has just had a few accidents because we didn't get outside in time. Overall, she is a big love bug and would do great with an active lifestyle because she can be full of energy! ADOPTION FEE: $425 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Story
Hazel is a lovely lady, born in Sept 2016. She was surrendered in ‘21 to the Humane Society then adopted by me a month later. Loves to sniff, walk, play, snuggle and will get very confused (but excited) when asked to do anything with peanut butter in the room. She had a TPLO surgery Oct ‘23. Healed very well and continues to run and play with some minor irritation sometimes. Originally adopted by me and my ex. I never intended to own a dog on my own. There’s someone out there who will cherish her forever, it’s just not me. I love her, she’s such a good dog but I’m not giving her the love she deserves. Will not wander off-leash, comes when called. Knows how to wait, off, out, down, etc. Will sit on the porch with you! Loves having doggy friends (and human friends). She’ll let you know when she’s ready to go home, though. Probably not great for kids under 12 and I’m not sure about cats.

Story
Meet Chief! This handsome boy is ready to find his forever home! From his current foster: " Chief continues to be a happy, cuddly, and playful boy. He gets along so well with other dogs and does good with kids. He will engage in positive play if the other dog does wants to but is perfectly happy saying hello and going off on his own. He loves all kinds of toys and loves having a ball thrown for him. He is just happy to be with someone and is down for any adventure. He loves the water and will lay in any inch of it. He free roams my apartment when I'm gone but has his crate to go into when he pleases. He is very respectful of my home. From his former foster: " Chief: Truly the most well behaved, cuddly, handsome man to ever exist. All he wants to do is people watch on my balcony and cuddle. He loves going on walks and sits so patiently to get his harness on. He has already made several friends in my complex and engages in such positive play. We have little baby Amelia who jumps in his face and tries to play with his tail and he is very tolerant of her. He is very quiet in the home and out on walks. He gets very sad when you leave and can bark for a little bit but I think being in his crate helps give him a safe space and nothing beats how excited he gets to see you when you get home. The definition of a Velcro dog but in a very respectful way. He listens so well too! Everyone who has met him gushes over how incredible of a dog he is and I truly cannot say enough positive things about him. From his previous foster: "Chief is goofball with so much love to give. He is very food motivated and learns quickly with treat training! He is the ultimate cuddle baby and will want to be next to you at all times. He is incredibly affectionate and loves belly rubs and kisses. He has done amazing with the other household dog and does not bark on our walks when he sees other dogs. He walks great on leash and loves to take it slow to sniff around! He would be so happy in a home where he can get lots of affection and attention! Chief is excited and ready to find his forever family! Previous shelter staff notes: What a sweet and loving boy! The way to Chief's heart is with food and he loves everyone he meets! He did great in a large playgroup today and had no issues with toys or treats with the other dogs! He even tolerated my dress up shenanigans and he was a very polite gentleman today! Story
Jasmine is a wonderful girl that's an absolute lover! She is fantastic with other dogs big and small! She had no issues with food or treats with other dogs and she's got an energy that can light up the room. She is food motivated and loves to spread her happiness and love! Jasmine is the perfect princess with her basic obedience and great manners! From her current foster: " Jasmine has been the easiest dog I have ever fostered. She's incredibly sweet, super goofy, and loves booty pats and cuddling. Sticking her head out the window is her favorite thing to do, so she loves going on car rides. She's crate trained, very food motivated, and good at basic manners and commands! From her previous foster: "Jasmine is the most precious girl! She is polite and calm but loves to play! She gives big kisses and loves to jump up and give hugs. She is pretty perfect, I didn't even think she could bark until a week after having her. She will howl (sing) with you if you encourage her to as well! She loves snuggles and is super food motivated, making training super easy. Before I picked her up I was warned that she was petrified of stairs and we have made so much progress with that! She is a curious girl who loves adventures and loves splashing around in horsetooth. If you are looking for a dog that will be able to hang out with you in any setting, she is the most perfect. It will be really hard to not immediately fall in love with this girl. From her previous foster: " Miss Jasmine is the SWEETEST. She looks tough but she is the biggest teddy bear. She's learned so much in these two weeks, she responds so well to training. She loves long walks & does well meeting new dogs!
