Story
Callie is approximately 1.5-2 years old. She was brought into rescue from a backyard breeder. She is a small cocker spaniel and weighs 15 lbs. She has come a long way and now likes belly rubs and gives kisses. She is still not a fan of being held. She will go outside or use a pee pad if needed. She has a hearty appetite for her favorite treats. Occasionally she gets the zoomies when she is excited. She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped, on flea/heartworm prevention, house and crate trained. This little sweetheart needs a home to call her own. She plays well with small dogs and doesn’t bother the cats. Are you her forever parent? We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. We transport every weekend alternating between the Northeast and the Midwest.

Story
Hi, I am Caramel! We think I’m possibly a Brittany Spaniel mix and I am a mostly full-grown 48-pound girl at just under a year old. My foster dad says I am the most affectionate and loving girl! I love to cuddle up next to him and sometimes be a lap dog. He has taught me many new skills and I quickly learned to use the doggy door. Car rides are a favorite activity along with leash walks and playing with my foster brother.  I have excellent house manners and am fully housetrained. Everyone that meets me tells me how sweet I am, and I have overheard them tell others that also. I would love a yard with a fence to play in and if you have another dog for me to play with, that would be nice too. I haven't been tested with kids, but I would probably like them. I bet they would like me also because I have a calm nature but I'm playful too. Caramel is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
