Story
Chance is a rare to find English Springer Spaniel.  You don’t really see them much as an offering in the rescue world. This 70 pound handsome 7 year old hunk is so very sweet was rescued from a puppy  mill where he was “used” as a stud.  His foster mom rescued him from living outside all his life in a small pen with no comforts that he so very much deserved.  He was not a family pet, but a commodity where he was used to produce puppies so the people could sell them.  Chance was not potty trained of course but he is almost there now and belly bands are used to help him stay out of trouble with marking.  He is not neutered yet due to appointments being scarce. He will be soon and that will certainly help the housebreaking.  The woman who owned him said he came inside the house may be a few times over his life and so he was “rescued” from that life by a dear woman who is now working with Critter Cavalry Rescue to find him a home.  Oh my this dog is a dream and he is so much “loving” the inside life with air conditioning or heat on a colder evening or day.  He will be neutered the 24th May! He loves the water and swimming in his foster’s pond! He does have this really precious smile where it kinda looks like he’s growling but he is NOT! He is the best boy! He loves to sleep amongst the pillows on the bed and for once in his life he is living like he should…a King among Dog Kings!  If want to the be envy of your dog friends, then you  must consider making Chance your very own “chance of a lifetime”.   Please consider Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   You won’t regret it. Callie is approximately 1.5-2 years old. She was brought into rescue from a backyard breeder. She is a small cocker spaniel and weighs 15 lbs. She has come a long way and now likes belly rubs and gives kisses. She is still not a fan of being held. She will go outside or use a pee pad if needed. She has a hearty appetite for her favorite treats. Occasionally she gets the zoomies when she is excited. She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped, on flea/heartworm prevention, house and crate trained. This little sweetheart needs a home to call her own. She plays well with small dogs and doesn’t bother the cats. Are you her forever parent? We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. We transport every weekend alternating between the Northeast and the Midwest.

Story
Hi, I am Caramel! We think I’m possibly a Brittany Spaniel mix and I am a mostly full-grown 48-pound girl at just under a year old. My foster dad says I am the most affectionate and loving girl! I love to cuddle up next to him and sometimes be a lap dog. He has taught me many new skills and I quickly learned to use the doggy door. Car rides are a favorite activity along with leash walks and playing with my foster brother.  I have excellent house manners and am fully housetrained. Everyone that meets me tells me how sweet I am, and I have overheard them tell others that also. I would love a yard with a fence to play in and if you have another dog for me to play with, that would be nice too. I haven't been tested with kids, but I would probably like them. I bet they would like me also because I have a calm nature but I'm playful too. Caramel is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
