DEUCE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE HE IS ADOPTED! This is DEUCE. He is a gorgeous striped tabby. He will need a special patient person as he is still extremely shy.  With the right amount of patience, he will make a great kitty in a quiet home.  He is very food motivated.  He is not recommended for dogs or children. He would probably do best with a gentle outgoing companion to help him get out of his shell. He  is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  His adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to CT.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring her up north once she is adopted. If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete an online application using this link:  https://newbeginningsanimalrescue.net/adoption-application   Once your application is received and processed you will be contacted by an NBAR Volunteer. THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 1:30 pm

Story
Coco – A Refined Senior Beauty Age: Almost 11 Breed: British Shorthair mix Coco lived with one family her whole life until her owner had to move and was going to leave her behind. Coco is an independent, chatty lady who enjoys gentle pets (she’ll even offer her belly) and can be very affectionate. She’ll also politely let you know when she’s done. She loves catnip and an occasional light play session. She enjoys hanging out with people but is not needy. Given that she’s always been the only pet in her home, Coco would likely be happiest as the only pet again , where she can fully relax and soak up the attention. If you’re looking for a loyal, dignified companion who knows what she likes and loves warmly, Coco may be the perfect sweetheart for you. If you’d like to meet this refined senior beauty, please submit our online adoption application https://www.fofct.org/adoption-application. Adopters must live within 45 miles of Stamford, Connecticut.

Story
Mint was trapped outside with his siblings and made some socialization progress in foster care. Mint is taking his own pace in making friends with us but with the help of his kitty friends he has started to become more comfortable and curious! With continued socialization, we know Mint could blossom into a spoiled pet. We best believe Mint would do best in a home with no children and would have to have a feline companion(s) to show him the ropes. Mint is a young adult, neutered, UTD on vaccinations, FIV/FELV NEGATIVE and microchipped. If you are interested in Mint, please fill out a feline adoption application at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=meridenhumanesociety&method=online_form_html&formid=28

Meet Chanel 🌸Chanel is a sweet senior dilute tortie with a gentle presence and a quiet charm. She prefers a calm home where she can be the only animal, allowing her to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful environment. When Chanel came to us, she was in poor condition, but with attentive care and proper nutrition, she has gained weight and made wonderful progress. She is now ready to settle into a loving home where she can truly enjoy her golden years.Chanel is currently on a special diet to support a sensitive stomach and early kidney disease. With this diet and regular care, she is feeling much better and would do best with an adopter willing to continue her routine and provide the gentle consistency she deserves. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion and have a soft spot for seniors, Chanel will reward you with quiet companionship and gratitude.
