Canyon has settled into foster life beautifully and quickly made himself at home with both his humans and the resident dog. From day one, he’s been confident, playful, and eager to bond—especially with his new canine best friend. The two love playing together, sharing toys, and even eating and drinking side by side with no issues. Canyon adores squeaky toys and anything with knots. Like most young pups, he’s still learning what’s appropriate to chew, but he redirects easily and is eager to please. He loves wearing his collar and going on leash walks and has already made impressive progress with his leash manners. During the day, Canyon enjoys relaxing and napping in his crate, and he sleeps there at night as well—especially if he can see his humans nearby for reassurance. Potty training is going very well, with only a few minor accidents as he continues learning his routine. Bath time was a breeze, and Canyon handled it like a champ. He’s also starting to learn basic commands like “sit,” and he’s picking things up quickly. One of his funniest quirks is his dislike of his reflection in the oven door—it never fails to get a laugh. Canyon does have a bit of a scavenger streak, so keeping counters clear is a must unless you want a snack to mysteriously disappear. Canyon is a sweet, adaptable, and social pup who will thrive in a home ready to continue his training, provide structure, and enjoy lots of love and playtime. About Me: I love playing with my new canine best friend! We chase each other, wrestle, and have the best time together. All the toys here are so fun, especially the squeaky ones. There’s this big white water bowl in the bathroom that I guess I’m not supposed to use, but when someone forgets to close the lid, I help myself anyway. My human keeps saying the word “sit,” then gently guides my rear to the floor and gives me a treat. I’m still a little confused, but I promise I’ll keep working on it!      December 28, 2025, 1:58 pm

Aero is a playful pup who has been settling into foster life quickly and gaining confidence every day. He does wonderfully with other dogs and often looks to them for guidance, making him a great fit for a home with a canine companion. Aero lives with two elementary-aged children and is gentle and loving with them, though he may choose a quiet spot if things get a bit loud or busy. He’s still learning to fully trust humans and does best when people get down on his level and give him time to warm up. Once comfortable, his affectionate and playful personality truly shines.   Potty training is going well with only a few minor accidents. Aero is still learning to enjoy his crate and will go in when prompted with treats. He currently sleeps and naps in his own gated room with a full view of the living area, which he enjoys. Aero doesn’t mind wearing a collar and is still adjusting to his leash and harness, but relaxes once outside. He loves running laps in a fenced yard and is an active pup who will benefit from regular exercise and playtime. Food motivation helps him learn quickly — especially since he’s known to pop up and dance on his back legs when treats appear! Aero is a sweet, observant pup with so much love to give and will thrive in a patient, active home ready to help him continue building confidence.   About Me: Hi! I’m Aero. I really love having dog friends around — they help me feel brave and show me how things work. I like kids too, if they get a little loud, I might take a break and watch from a cozy spot. I feel safest when my humans get down on my level and talk to me softly. I might be shy at first, but once I trust you, I promise I’m playful, loving, and so happy to be by your side. I’m learning all kinds of new things, like going potty outside and hanging out in my crate (especially when treats are involved). Speaking of treats… I get so excited that I sometimes stand up and dance on my back legs — I just can’t help it! I’m still learning to love my harness, but once I’m outside, I’m ready to explore! I’m learning fast and can’t wait to keep growing with a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them.      December 31, 2025, 9:32 pm
