Story
We got bats from maricopa county animal shelter in november of 2025 since then we have realized that he wasn't the best choice for us and that he definitely needs a better home that isn't our studio apartment. He's a great dog, house trained and gets along with other animals very well, he can tend to be a little hyper but overall a great dog, and i'm sure he's looking forward to anyone willing to open their arms and take him into their home. He comes with a crate, a food bowl, a 5 gallon water bowl and whatever food or treats we have left at the time of giving him away, we hope you love him as much as we did, we're so sad to have to let him go😔

Story
He’s a big friendly giant. My daughter is 9 and my son is 4. He is amazing with them. We also have a smaller male dog and they get along great. He’s been around other female dogs. He’s been great with them as well. I’m not sure about cats. He is very submissive to other dogs. He is in and out of the house. As long as he is taking out he doesn’t go potty in the house. He does well with showering. He only barks when called for. We love him but can give him the attention and space he deserves. My place is simply not big enough and I don’t have the time to give him the attention he needs. I would love for him to find a home with a backyard and kiddos.

Story
Meet Norman, a resilient, joyful puppy who is ready to start the best chapter of his life. Norman is a seven-month-old, 42-pound German Shepherd Dog mix who arrived at Home Fur Good under difficult circumstances. A treatable skin condition had landed him on the E-list, but thanks to consistent medicated baths and Credelio (which helps with mites as well as fleas and ticks), Norman has made a wonderful recovery and is now fully cleared for adoption. Even better, his stunning merle coat is beginning to shine through, hinting at just how handsome he’s going to be as he grows. Aside from that now-resolved issue, Norman is a healthy, happy puppy with a zest for life. He is energetic, curious, and full of playful enthusiasm, so he’ll thrive in a home that’s ready for all the fun (and work!) that comes with a rambunctious young dog. An active family with experience training high-energy puppies would be his perfect match. Norman is smart and eager to learn, and his love for chasing tennis balls makes him a great candidate for training games and enrichment activities. Norman’s adoption fee of $350 covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet Norman, please call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment, or visit us Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm for walk-ins. Helping Norman reach his true potential will be a joy, and he’s ready to return that love tenfold.
