Story
Cali is an 8-year-old Bull Terrier (58 lbs) currently in Rio Rancho, NM, looking for a calm, loving home. He was surrendered on Christmas Day after spending his whole life with one owner, and it’s clear he didn’t always have it easy—he has old bite scars and can be a bit shy when approached. Despite that, Cali is incredibly loving and wants nothing more than to be your shadow. He bonds deeply with his person and thrives on constant companionship. He is fully vetted, neutered, good with other dogs, rides well in the car, and is comfortable in a crate. Cali can be a little anxious at times (may spin when overwhelmed), but he is smart and responds well to calm guidance. He has a mild back issue that flares up with too much activity, so a moderate, steady lifestyle is best. He should also be crated when unsupervised (he has a soft spot for destroying pillows 😅). Cali is looking for someone patient, understanding, and ready for a loyal best friend.

Story
Rango is a strong, high-energy boy. He is kenneled during the day and let out to play, eat, and use the bathroom. He does have a medium-sized dog that he is able to be around. I do not let him around my large dog as he does show signs of aggression. Rango barks when the kids play, when I sweep/vacuum. I do not have the time to work with him; he is my boyfriend's dog. I moved in, and I can't trust him around my children as he jumps and scratches pretty hard, he is again a strong boy. Rango loves playing tug of war, where he wins almost every time. Due to his barking and aggression traits, Rango needs an owner with no children, cats, or multiple dogs. If given the time and training, he could fix the issues I have seen. Rango needs an experienced dog owner; he is able to stay in the crate for an 8-hour workday. If you are instrested please email me and we can discuss Mr Rango further. Thanks.
