Story
Are you looking for a cuddle buddy to get you through this winter and beyond? Stella is a stout, snuggly queen with a big heart and an even bigger personality. It won't surprise you that she's a true couch potato. Her favorite places to conk out include dog beds, couches and your bed, if you’re agreeable. Don’t be fooled by her professional lounging, though: she also enjoys getting outside for walks and dog park adventures now and then. At home, Stella has proven herself to be a polite and tidy roommate. She’s housetrained (although every doggo needs a little grace adjusting to a new space), doesn't chew on anything she's not supposed to and knows “sit” and “lay down.” Stella has experience living with kids and absolutely adores them. She does best with kiddos around 5 and older. (She sometimes forgets she’s a bit too big for tiny humans when both sides get very excited.) She’s a fan of plush toys, tug toys and - surprisingly - baths. And when it comes to treats, Stella is a refined lady with impeccable taste: Frankly Original beef chews are her absolute favorite. Hey, she knows what she likes. As for her quirks? Fireworks are a definite no, and empty paper towel rolls are deeply suspicious. We don't ask questions - we just remove the rolls. If Stella sounds like your kind of fun, come say hi to to her today!

Story
I think a good name for me would be "Spot". Can you guess why? Look how cute I am in my picture playing tug with the leash. Oh, another pup just told me humans don't like that too much. They prefer you tug on a toy so I promise to work on that. I can be a little picky about the canine buddies that I prefer. If you have a current pup at home, bring them with you when you come to meet me. I'd have to give them the seal of approval. I also need a secure yard with a tall fence. Need to have enough attention at home to keep me from investigating other places. A team member adds, "Littles is the sweetest young mama dog. She acts tough when dogs walk by, but she’s really very sweet and loving. She takes treats gently and she walks well on leash. She has the cutest little wiggle while walking and a very sweet smile." Come meet Littles today and find out what a darling she is!

Story
Jango is a sweet, goofy guy looking for a forever home with his new best friend. Could you be the perfect human to take him home? He is a sweet, young, and energetic pup! He loves treats and and knows how to sit on command... and is ready to learn more tricks too. Jango would do best with a dog who allows him to play at his own pace and would love to meet your dog before going home! A team member says, "Jango is a sweet, sweet boy. He adores spending time with human friends and checks in with you frequently for pets and affection, which is nice because this boy has the softest fur! He walks very nicely on a leash, and he knows how to sit. If you're looking for a new BFF, Jango is your guy."

Story
Meet Toph (pronounced Toff)!Personality: Gentle soul sweetheartLikes: Cozy beds, gentle affection, and feeling safe with her people.Fun Fact: Like her namesake earthbender, Toph has a quiet strength—and the biggest heart!Toph is a beautiful Boxer–Pit Bull mix who has already done one of the hardest jobs there is—she came to the shelter pregnant, raised her puppies, and now it’s finally her turn to be loved. The shelter can feel overwhelming for her at times, but once she gets to know you, her true self shines through. She has the softest, most gentle demeanor and leans into you for comfort, offering sweet little kisses in return. Toph is truly the definition of a tender-hearted dog who just wants a calm, cozy home and a warm bed to curl up in this winter. After everything she’s given, Toph is ready to settle down and be someone’s very special girl.
