Bones is your average bull terrier. He knows basic commands, is house trained, does wonderful with people, and does well with larger, older children. He is a freight train with no breaks on occasion. He has a super sweet personality and is just a plan joy to have around. He loves toys and treats and enjoys tug-o-war as a reward for good behavior. He shows a very high prey drive and will chase small critters, usually without intention to harm them. He has no off switch. His zoomies are a sight to behold but he has no idea when to shut off play mode until he's completely worn out. He needs a home that can keep his brain as well as his body busy on a normal schedule. We would be willing to consider a home with another dog if the dog matches his energy or is very very passive. He tends to be to much for most dogs and hasn't learned the cue that other dogs are done playing. Bull terrier experience is a MUST for his new family. He is not a dog for the faint of heart or new BT owners. He was brought to safety after his owner passed away at home during the brutal Texas heat with no air conditioning. Sadly, the family is unable or unwilling to take Billy Bob, and he is now waiting for someone to give him a soft place to land. Billy Bob is about 57 pounds, roughly Labrador-sized, neutered, housebroken, and incredibly sweet. Despite being a senior, he is still a healthy boy and has so much love left to give. 9/10/2026 Tuna II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Tuna II! I am a beautiful 1.5 year old white boxer girl that is an owner surrender due to not getting along with the other dog in the home and for everyone's safety, I need to be the only dog in the home. I am described as active, protective, and nervous! I currently live with kids that are ages 18 and up. I have had exposure to cats and will intensely watch them, so it's best if I live in a cat free home. I am still young and will need continuing assistance with house training and crate training in my forever home. I eat Fresh Pet and Pure Balance dog food and sleep with the humans in their bed at night. If the humans must be away and I am left alone, I will get into things I shouldn't. I am afraid of things that are unfamiliar to me. When outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, balls, toy ropes, and pretty much everything! 6/26/2026 Dozer V is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! Our names are Diesel X and Dozer V! We are handsome 1 year old fawn boys that are owner surrenders due to being found at a cemetary and have been cared for by the people that found us. Unfortunately they live on a farm and we do not get along with farm animals and need to find our own forever home. We are bonded and need to be adopted together which means double the boxer love! We are described as friendly, shy, and nervous! We currently live with 5 other dogs and although we get along with most, we do resource guard our food and have not gotten along with another dog. This could be an indicator we would do best as only dogs in the home. We currently live with cats and will bark at them, so a cat free home may also be best. There are children in our home and we are said to be kid friendly! We are house trained, crate trained, and at night we sleep outside. If the humans must be away, we are kept outside and do fine unless we are able to escape, which we do. When outside we do not dig but are able to jump kiddie gates/fences. We are very skittish but our caretakers say we are sweet and with someone who has the time and patience, we can be very well trained boys.
