Hi! My name is Ebba! I am a beautiful 8 year old flashy fawn lady! No information is known about my history but I'm looking forward to my forever family now! I am energetic when I am first let out of my crate, but settle quickly. I am house trained, crate trained, and leash trained! I enjoy my evening walks and have been learning house rules and manners while settling nicely into daily routines. My foster home does not have kids so a proper introduction would be needed. I happily follow my foster mom around the house and am a world champion snuggler! I am an avid squirrel chaser and would chase them up the tree if I could, so I need to live in a cat free and small animal free home. Because I have a high prey drive with the squirrels, my foster mom doesn't leave me in the backyard unattended. I can be a bit bossy and protective so it would be best for me if I was the only dog in the home or paired with a passive male. If you are looking for a well mannered, snuggly lady, here I am! 12/4/2025 Spike II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Spike II! I am a handsome 10 year old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owner's health issues and other dogs in the home not getting along with me. I am described as friendly, active, playful, affectionate, and nervous! I do have some arthritis, but don't let that shy you away! I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! I currently live with an English bulldog but it is no longer getting along with me and I get along best with dogs that are non reactive to me. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are no children in my home but I have had extended exposure to my owner's 5 year old nephew and do great with him! I am house trained but will need assistance learning crate training manners in my forever home if it is required. At night I sleep on a dog bed on the floor and when the humans are away and I am left alone, I have separation anxiety because I want to be with them. When outside I have good behavior and do not attempt to jump fences/gates or dig. Some of my favorite things are my bed, chasing my laser, food, love, affection, and treats! All she wants is to be with her humans at all times. This sweet girl was found in a Lowe’s parking lot in south Texas. Unfortunately she was not microchipped and after many weeks and attempts to find an owner, no one came forward for her. Now she’s more than ready to be adopted into a home that will love her and keep her safe forever! This girl is very playful and loves fetch but can make her own fun out of anything! She would love an active home that can give her exercise or to learn a job to help her humans. She is good with dogs and currently lives with multiple other dogs in the finder’s home. She gets excited around cats and kids, so she will need some guidance/ training but very doable with her smart personality. Birdy is estimated about 1 year old and only 40 lbs.
