This sweet, slightly clumsy beauty is all heart, all softness, and all about the snacks. Ophelia is a certified Pet Acceptance Professional — head, belly, booty, you name it, she’ll happily accept all pets with a look of pure bliss. And while toys aren’t really her thing yet, she did proudly grab a bone today and parade it outside like she unlocked a new life achievement. She’s quiet as a cloud, content to snooze while the humans handle all the boring stuff. But don’t be fooled — when she gets excited (usually for food because… same), she does the cutest tiny spins that will melt you instantly. Ophelia’s crate manners? Immaculate. She settles in quietly, especially now that her crate is in the action zone where she can keep tabs on her people. She’ll head to the door when she needs to go out and knows grass is for potty breaks — a polite queen! 👑 She loves lounging in the backyard, isn’t phased by vacuums, blenders, or even surprise LOUD construction — apparently nothing can interrupt her chill. She knows some basic commands and is eager (and treat-motivated 👀) to learn more. She’s a wonderful mix of silly and sweet, with just a sprinkle of clumsy charm. The only thing she’s still figuring out? Leash world. Walks can make her a bit nervous right now, but she’s settling in and learning that the world outside isn’t so scary. He approaches slowly before nudging your hand and asking for pets and will lay calmly by your side or snuggle up in your lap. He may not know how big he is, but he definitely knows how to be a sweet and calm friend.Mac would be a great fit for any family! His peaceful nature makes him a wonderful companion for anyone. The shelter environment can be a bit scary for Mac so he may take his time to warm up to you here but once he gets home, he`s going to be the sweetest companion you could ever have. Come fall in love with our gentle giant today -- he`s hard to say no to!
