Story
If you want to add a little Power to your everyday activity, this boy brings a myriad of wonderful qualities in addition to his energy. As a two-year-old, he definitely will want to spend his life running and playing in the yard. Bring your tennis balls! This boy wants to run and fetch.

Power is more than just energetic. He is a polite gentleman. He'll track around behind his family members keeping tabs on his people, shake and sit when asked, and stay nearby even when off leash. While he has yet to be introduced to cats, he will be a friend to other dogs in the house.

To add to Power's qualities, he's also overwhelmingly patient with small children. He'll curl up next to little ones - even toddlers - and rest, or just be quiet. He's soft and sweet and the perfect companion for your precious ones. Politeness, patience, and Power - a trifecta of wonderful qualities for your family.

Story
Lucas is a sweet protective big baby boy. He plays well with female dogs and is excellent family dog that loves children. I am rehoming him because he doesn't care for my male dog and I am fixing to start traveling and will not have the time for him like I do now. He is best friends with my youngest female dog, Rucker, who is 2 yrs old. I would like these two to stay together, but I realize how hard that might be for someone wanting just (1) dog.

Story
Meet Franklin! Franklin is a 7 year old, 95 pound, Anatolian Shepherd Mix. He was rescued in the nick of time from the euthanasia list in July 2022 and is ready for his forever home and a family of his own.We unfortunately know little of his past, as he was found as a stray, but he certainly does not act like a senior. Franklin is truly a fun-loving guy. He LOVES to play with other dogs and gets along with everyone, but can come off a little strong with his playful energy. He is a big goofball and does not have a mean bone in his body, but he would probably do best with older kids just due to his size. He is a very sweet guy and loves to scope out and curl up in the comfiest of spots. He is a big fan of toys, chews, and bones, but I recommend the tougher-duty ones, as he has been known to do a number on plush toys.Franklin is potty-trained and crate-trained. We crate him overnight and while we are not home, and he is great about going right into his crate when told. He does well on a leash. He has not gotten out much recently, but I am sure he would appreciate some more adventures. He has been around and done well with horses. Franklin still has so much love to give and is very deserving of the best forever home!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Maggie! Maggie is a 2 yr old Anatolian weighing 80 lbs. She had a rough start in life. She was ran over at 3 months old and she's had major surgeries to fix her leg. Although Maggie has been in leg casts most of her early life she continues to have a happy and loving disposition. She's very independent, easygoing & a social butterfly. She loves all people, big or small, and she gets along with all animals. Nothing stops Maggie from enjoying life. Because of her surgeries she should be restricted from exercise. You just have to convince her of that! Maggie loves to smell new people (she knows no stranger) but she's not a licker. Everywhere she goes she gets lots of attention and Maggie loves it! She would be best suited in an environment with adults & children of all ages but preferably live with only 1 or two dogs. Although she gets along with all dogs, the more dogs at home, the more she's enticed to run with the pack which should be avoided due to her post surgeries. When left alone, she can be crated, but prefers to sleep on the floor while owners are away. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Hi All, I have a 3 year old lab/ mastiff that is looking for a good home. She would probably do best in a home where she is the only dog. She has been raised with other dogs, but she tends to get a little food aggressive at times. Her name is Piper and she really is the sweetest thing, and she does very well with kids. However she may take some time to warm up to you. We have had her since she was 6 weeks old, and unfortunately she has almost hurt outr elderly dogs due to her food aggressiveness. I know that with the right home she will get the one on one attention that she needs. My husband and I work, and we can no longer give her the time and attention that she deserves. I am only asking a $75 dollar rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home, I just don't want her to go to someone who will hurt and abuse her. I can be reached
