BAKUGO 🐾 Gorgeously sweet pup @ just 3 years old! He has to learn to trust men again but is doing amazing with training and has shown so much improvement! Because of his size no young/small children or dogs/cats. Older kids who know to respect his space would be okay. He is a BIG Sensitive guy with a charming personality. Doesn’t love living in a crate as he prefers to be hanging out with his person! Will go in an indestructible crate but it’s not his favorite 🤣 Very treat motivated and eager to learn! LOVES the lake, to go for walks and truck rides!! With continued training and an assertive owner he will thrive in a new environment but will need slow introductions to new people. Everything is very scary to him at first, poor guy! House Trained - will not potty in the house when left out or in his crate! Fully vaccinated Neutered Current on Preventatives Still undergoing training with foster ❤️🐾

Story
Rocky joined SafeHaven Animal Rescue Team from California. He was put on the EU list but all of the staff and the volunteers rallied us into pulling him because he is such as special dog. He loves to play and hang out, but he is a big boy and can knock a little human over unintentionally. We are looking for an active family or a fenced in yard. He is estimated to be around 2; current on vaccines and neutered. We are open to making travel arrangements for him to find his new family.

Meet Champ &#194&#150 The Goofy Gentleman & Professional Heart-Stealer Looking for a big dog with an even bigger heart (and just the right amount of mischief)? Allow us to introduce Champ, a 2-year-old, 71-lb Anatolian Shepherd mix who was found near S. Goliad in Rockwall and never reclaimed. He has been patiently waiting over 292 days (as of 01/17/26) for his forever family and is now a Diamond Dog, which means his adoption fee is just $75. Premium dog, bargain price, unlimited love included. Champ is a total lovebug who thrives on being close to his people. He adores snuggles, enjoys gentle play with kids of all ages, and carries his favorite toys around like prized possessions. He walks beautifully on a leash, loves a good zoomie session followed by a cozy nap, and greets everyone with a wag and his signature goofy grin. He bonds deeply and would do best in a home where someone is around most of the day or works from home, as he is not a dog who is content being left alone for long periods. Especially outdoors. This handsome guy is also clever and curious, which means he is an explorer at heart. Champ is not a dog who can be left alone in a backyard, as he is a known escape artist and would absolutely take that as a personal challenge. He will need a securely fenced yard with a minimum 8-foot fence, no chain link, and no shortcuts, so he can safely enjoy outdoor time without turning it into an adventure film. Champ may do well with another dog, but a meet and greet is required to ensure a good personality match and compatible play styles.
