I am a gentle kitten who is affectionate and mellow. My brother's like to rough house but I am a princess and prefer the mellow vibe. I am looking for my forever home with a family that will love me.

Amari is a very sweet and sensitive cat, 2yrs old loving and playful but a little shy and independent, prefers coming to you for affection on her own time. Doesnt like being picked up and held but is okay with being placed on your shoulder so she can jump down if she wants. If you hold your hand down to her she will dive up to rub her head against your hand, she likes chin scratches and pets on her head and back, she enjoys her face being rubbed. Shes curious and likes to see and smell new things. Usually quiet and reserved but occasionally meows for attention, when her food/water bowls is empty she will sit by it and stare at you. She can show affection in more subtle ways like sleeping on you at night to watch over you, getting excited when you come back after time away, when you're leaving a room she might playfully grab you. Amari is a loving and loyal cat and needs a somewhat laid-back environment without other animals, she needs patience for her to be comfortable and open up
