The kittens are about 10.5wks old now. Held daily, eat hard kibble, always use the cat litter boxes, around other cats and kids. Very loving and ready for their new homes!!

The kittens are about 10.5wks old now. Held daily, eat hard kibble, always use the cat litter boxes, around other cats and kids. Very loving and ready for their new homes!!

HAMLET is a male-neutered short hair white/orange tabby cat, born about mid-April 2025. He was rescued as a stray solo kitten found in a home’s back yard, then was raised by a foster as an indoor only cat. Per his prior foster: “Hamlet LOVES being petted, and having his head rubbed or scratched. He may need time to warm up to new people. He’s good with other cats and dogs.” He was surrendered to YAPS early June 2026 when his foster had to move. We find him to be beautiful with unique coloring, playful, and VERY friendly/loving. Hamlet usually comes to you from his resting place (& often comes if called by name), rubs on your legs, and may follow you around, seeking your affection. He LOVES head rubs & being petted – purrs softly, nuzzles you, & may “knead biscuits” in appreciation. If you’re sitting, he may jump up beside you, tap you with his paw for attention, &/or crawl onto your lap. He gets along well with most other cats, not all. When adopted, he should initially be placed in a “safe room”, to adjust to his new surroundings at his pace. Hamlet is a staff & volunteer favorite due to his very loving nature
