Frankie, also known as the “Bathroom Bandit” and “Flush Inspector Frank” is absolutely fascinated by the swirling water in a toilet bowl. Frankie, about 20 weeks old, is an affectionate lap cat and loves hanging out with his people, but he is happy to share space with other friendly cats. He enjoys playtime with his siblings and doesn’t seem to mind when it gets a little rough.
