Story
I first got kitten Pishi in college 4 years ago from SCPA, and he has been with me ever since. He is currently 4 years old (his is birthday 4/22/2022)! Pishi is very mellow, shy, cuddly, and gentle. I think he would thrive in a quiet home where his caretaker can spend a lot of time with him. Whenever you are home, he is extremely affectionate and cuddly and will never leave your side. He is always ready for naps and will get on top of you and purr to sleep every time. He loves watching birds or cars from outside the window and would enjoy a high perch to observe around him. He thrives with attention and loves his laser toys. It always takes him a few days to get used to a new person or an environment, but once he feels comfortable he will start coming out and asking for pets. However, he has separation anxiety, which is why I believe that a quiet home where his caretaker is around him very often would be essential for his happiness. He just wants to be around people.

Comet is 6 years old and he is truly the sweetest cat. He is fun and playful and always wants to be around humans. He’s funny and quirky and frequently loves to jump in the shower and even loves the blow dryer! He has become quite anxious over the last few years because of outdoor neighborhood cats that lurk on the porch. He is very loyal to his owners and family. When strangers come in the home, he is anxious and might hiss, but has never lashed out or tried to scratch or bite anyone. He would be best in a home with no other pets. And preferably a home that does not have a lot of outdoor cats hanging around in the yard.
