Story
Ryder is the total package! This sweet and lovable Cairn terrier mix is the definition of a loyal companion. With a laid-back, easy-going nature, Ryder is happy to hang out with you on the couch or play fetch in the yard — especially if there are doggie snacks involved! Ryder was rescued at 8 weeks old from Hesperia Shelter, with a sibling who passed from parvo soon after they arrived. Ryder never developed parvo and has been healthy since that time. He gets along wonderfully with kids and other dogs, and his non-shedding coat makes him a great option for families who prefer less fur around the house. Ryder’s calm, affectionate, and loyal personality makes him an ideal addition to just about any home. He is microchipped, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. Ryder is currently being fostered in San Bernadino County, CA and must be picked up from there. For adoption information, please contact AlphaDogPetRescue@yahoo.com

Story
Chani was rescued from the L.A. shelter, where she was listed as a Cairn Terrier mix. She is about 4 years old and weighs a healthy 12lbs. They said she was super sweet and friendly, and they were not wrong. Chandi can be a little shy at first, but will let you approach her if she knows she will get pets or treats. After that she can be your best friend. Needless to say, she is great with people and just wants to be near her person and snuggle up next to them. She loves pillows too and when she has her favorite, she does not share. She is great with other dogs. They all seem to love her sweet nature. Chandi blended in immediately with her foster dogs and found a playmate with one of them. They chase each other until they can’t no more. She can be talkative, like she’s trying to tell you something. You just have to figure out what. She is good on walks, uses a doggie door, is potty trained and loves cuddles. We have her updated on her vaccines, is spayed and micro chipped. We think she is deserving of all the love, affection & commitment that a new pet parent or family could offer her. If she sounds like the right fit for you or have any questions, please email us at heartandhomerescueorg@gmail.com.

Story
Hello this is my baby Olive she is such a lovable dog. She loves to play with toys and run around. She loves going for walks. She gets along with other dogs. She can be shy at first but hyper and joyful afterwards. I unfortunately can no longer have her due to my housing problems. She doesn’t bark and doesn’t tug when walking she listens. If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications for he/she. We do not do out-of-state adoptions on highly adoptable dogs; we would only consider out-of-state adoptions for dogs that prove hard-to-place locally. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog on Saturday at Petsmart in Yorba Linda between noon and 3 pm OR on a mutually agreeable day, time and place during the week. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. and they range from $295-$495.

Story
Meet Chewy. He’s an approx 4 year old Cairn terrier mix and around 25lbs. Chewy is our sweet boy that just wants some love. He is shy with new people and would do best in a home with adults as kids bring on too much chaos. He loves to go for walks and is so affectionate once he’s comfortable with you. He is great with all size other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog If you’d like to meet Chewy, please apply at https://muttsinneed.org/apply/adopt

Story
Leilah is a 7 month old chihuahua mixed puppy. She was found abandoned at a nearby school roughly at 4 weeks old. She is very sweet, loving and playful. She is housebroken. I would like to find her a new loving home as I am not able to keep her much longer.
