Introducing Churro, a sweet but somewhat shy 1-year-old calico who's looking for her forever home. She has a very playful nature and enjoys hiding in tunnels, batting around her catnip mice, and chasing wand toys. Churro loves attention and once she feels comfortable, will curl up next to you on the couch for cuddles. Her foster mom tells us that she frequently finds her lying in a sunbeam on the pool lanai soaking up the rays. Churro would be fine as the only cat or with another cat as long as it's friendly and not overbearing. Since she's a little timid, we're looking for a relaxed and quiet setting where she can open up and allow her personality to blossom. She’s not a fan of being picked up, but she’ll let you know she loves you with her silent little meow, her very loud purr, and the way she snuggles right into your hair. She loves playing under sheets and blankets and having fun with her feline friends. And when she’s tired? She’ll curl up right beside you and rub on you until you pet her. 🤍 Autumn was rescued from a taco stand, surviving off scraps while caring for her baby (who has already found a home). Now it’s her turn.

Story
This is Callie. She is a 14 year old spayed Calico (Tortie). She is super sweet. She prefers women over men. She has always been an inside kitty. She loves the little fuzz balls with the sparkle in them. Not sure how she is with children, she was great when my kids were younger. I don’t have any at home now. She can be a little spicy when you try to clip her nails. I believe she is now diabetic and I can not afford the expense to have all the tests run and medications for her. I’m not home very much for the care she will need. I love her dearly and want her to be cared for and I know I can no longer do that. Please let me know if you are able to care for her.
