I rescued Peach off the street as a skinny, scared kitty girl so I took her in and got her veterinary care including vaccinations and eventually got her spayed. Upon her first vet visit, she was confirmed to be FeLV positive but showed no signs of ill health. As she adjusted to living with me and my senior dog, Alby, she has become a friendly, curious, sassy girl of almost 4 year old. I am moving out of the country and unfortunately need to rehome her. She can be incredibly shy and skeptical at first but eventually warms up into a friendly little lady. She likes to cuddle on the couch and sleep with her human companion as well as curl up in her own bed. She can be chatty and likes to be talked to. I think Peach would do best in a calm home where feeling safe is prioritized. Whether its a single individual, a couple, or a family (I think older children who can respect her boundaries would be best) and if there are other animals, calm, non confrontational would be best.

Ian has a condition called Feline Herpes, which makes his eyes water and his nose run. It's not contagious to humans or dogs, and just about all cats carry the virus, although just a few will express it, like Ian. No special care needed; keep a tissue handy to wipe his nose from time to time, and we do suggest a supplement called Lysine to help support his immune system. You can purchase it on amazon; it really seems to help.
