This poor girl, and her house mate, have been through quite an ordeal. Scarlett's person became ill and decided to go to the ER a few days before Christmas. Yesterday, tragically, he passed. This man cared for his mother, living in the same house. His mother went to visit him and had an automobile accident on the way. During her hospital stay, she was diagnosed with cancer and will not be returning home. Scarlett is a beautiful, loving cat that loves her people. I and another neighbor have been caring for Scarlett in her own home but the landlord will soon want her gone. I cannot take her. Please find it in your heart to take this poor baby into your home. I have two large dogs, otherwise I'd take her as my own.

Calypso is a tiny kitty with a big personality! She is about 2 years old but is very petite and is a big talker. If she is hungry, you will know! Very friendly and loves making biscuits. Silky soft fur about equal amounts orange, black and white. Is a very pretty quintessential calico. Hopefully we'll be able to get a moment soon for a picture where she isn't on the move!

Luna was a rescue kitty and has brought us much joy over the past 10 years. My husband and I now have three young children and Luna has shown a lot of discontent. She is typically fine but something about adding a third child to the mix has caused her stress. The loud noises in the house (aka my kids) has lead her to hiding away or when present hissing at them. We know this is not her true nature but also do not want to continue to cause her ongoing stress. Luna has always been a little shy when meeting new people and takes awhile to warm up to stranger. But she is a loving, cuddly purr monster! Although she comes from a home with another cat and a dog, she would need time transitioning to other animals as well. She loves to snuggle up on a fuzzy blanket and cuddling. It is difficult for us to rehomeing her and know she will be missed by everyone. But we also know she could be much happier in a calmer environment where she could have more attention.
