Callie Anne came to the Humane society being surrendered by her humans who loved her but were unable to care for her. She and other kitties were living in a car! Horrors, summer heat is a killer!. She is a sturdy human LOVING girl. She tolerates other cats, but prefers to have her human's attention be all on her!

Meet Cloud – A Gentle Calico with a Heart of Gold ☁️🐾 UPDATE we have had to update sweet Cloud's info. She is much older than we first thought, and just underwent extensive surgery to remove a goodly number of teeth. She had some canines reabsorbed by her system! She will need to be regularly checked for dental needs and may require yearly dental work. Please keep this in mind. She is so MUCH more loving now that her mouth doesn't hurt her!!!! She is ready for her family. Cloud is a sweet, calm, and beautiful dilute calico with the softest fur and the most gorgeous eyes. Rescued from a rough situation far out in the country, she was shy and skittish at first, but with time, patience, and love, she has blossomed into a gentle and affectionate companion. Cloud will need a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe and secure — no small children, dogs, or overly assertive cats. This little girl came to the Humane Society with dreadful upper respiratory infection and spent more than 2 weeks in vet hospital. She is making a wonderful recovery, is combo tested and vaccinated. She is looking for a loving home. NO young children. Her adoption fee will cover her spay and micro chip as well as rabies vaccine when old enough.

Sweet Tessa has had a rough time of late. She had a lovely safe home where she felt adored but suddenly they no longer wanted her and she returned to the Humane Society. It will take an exceptional home for the Humane Society to trust for her care again. She deserves better than what she was dealt. Princess Donut is a snuggle bug. Anytime, anywhere with any kitten lover available. She is good with other cats and cat friendly dogs. She likes to engage in conversations and will talk back often. Toys are a must as she loves to play and play with them. She loves to give love and receive it. All our fosters are in volunteer homes. An application is required before meeting them. This exotic  lanky boy came to us after a man caught him -all beat up -and skin and bones….He was turned away at their local humane society and told to take him back where he found him and let him loose-   Thank goodness our computer repair man called us.  He was in horrible shape.  We have had him since Sept 2021 and he is just over a year old.  He has been at the sanctuary since he was 4 months old! He is so loving and gentle and would make anyone a great lap cat and sleeping buddy. He awaits his perfect family that can give him the best of life.
