If you are interested in adopting this animal from us, please visit our facility at 6301 U.S. Highway 68 East, Benton, KY 42025. All adoption applications and interviews must be completed in person at the facility after meeting the animal. All unaltered animals are required to be spayed/neutered by the adopter's veterinarian by the date indicated on the animal's adoption contract. We adopt animals out within a 3 hour radius from our Benton, KY facility.

Kahlessi was surrendered when her owner became homeless. She is sweet, attentive and very low maintenance. Good with other pets. She was reported as being 12 yrs old, but she looks so.good for that age. She was thin and needed a little TLC. She is looking good now! The over population is very real. Please consider adoption to save a life! Fees for cats are $90. This includes spay or neuter, vaccines and worming. We are not set up for credit or debit payments. Cash & checks are accepted. Applications are required and can be requested by emailing fopcpky@gmail.com or downloading from the website: www.fopcp.org After hours appts can be made to view pets with an approved application. Cindy Clawford is a very loving calico female I adopted with another kitten (CC) from the shelter. Cindy is independent and curious. She loves to snuggle (on her own time), but if you’re laying down and she can, she will come give you kisses and snuggle up with you. She’s funny and marches to the beat of her own drum. I’m only rehoming due to issues with two others in the house and the stress caused. I would prefer to have her in the same home with her sister, but if it’s not possible, I’ll just be happy if she’s loved and in a safe home.

Mochi is three years old and super sweet. She is my daughter’s cat, but my daughter is allergic to her and was unable to take her when she moved out. My daughter will be moving back in this summer so we need to rehome Mochi. Mochi is a very sweet cat. Her only fault is that if there is something musty she will mark it. Usually stuff the kids leave on the floor like towels. She is on prescription food due to crystals in her urine. She is currently on a wellness plan at Petvet365 and is up to date on all shots and visits. She loves to play fetch and has adopted other dog like traits due to growing up around dogs. (She will need time to warm up to other dogs.) She likes to snuggle and be around you if you are working. She loves to catch bugs and play with them. She’s very helpful in the summer months when flys get inside. She will catch them and play with them. We want her to go to a very loving home. She is the sweetest cat.
