Calico kittens & cats in Cambridge, Maryland

Abby was found at a local park by my children and we took her home. Bottle fed her, took her to get her shots and loved on her. She is around 1 1/2 years old, up to date on her shots, i got her fixed as soon as she was old enough. She does very good around kids, she has never been violent towards them. She never bite nor scratched them. I had to take in my moms older cat when she passed away and i can not get them to get along. Shes too playful and full of energy. Im looking for somebody who will love and take care of her.(the worst thing shes done is hiss at my older cat). About a week after i got my mothers cat, abby started hiding and wouldnt come out to play she would avoid her. I want her to feel free where she lives. She looks playing outside, chasing anything that moves.

She found her forever home,  but recently,  her momma became ill and unable to care for her. During that time,  she spent too many hours alone and craving attention,  as well as over eating. She has been back with us for a month now and she is really coming out of her depression. She absolutely loves attention. Polly seems like she would be receptive to other cats if the introduction goes slowly. She has not been exposed to dogs. Sunny 6475 is a gorgeous 11-years-young gal. Sunny is a very affectionate cat who hasn't gotten enough attention lately. She appears very shy at first but becomes very fond of people once she gets used to them. She likes head scratches and chin rubs, being brushed regularly, baby soft blankets, and having a throne where she will watch Wheel of Fortune/Jeopardy/any news broadcasts at night with you until she falls asleep (another favorite activity). Sunny dislikes loud noises aimed at her and being moved without her permission; she is a queen after all! Time would need to be dedicated before she lets anyone pick her up and she is not used to other cats so having her own space is important. Sunny would love to end up with someone who can give her the time and attention that she has been missing. She has been in the same home since she was a kitten. She grew up with two boys who were around 9 years old at the time of her adoption. Due to circumstances, not of her own doing, she needs to find a new accommodation. She just got a clean bill of health from the vet. Like all Last Chance kitties, she is strictly indoors and has been indoors her entire life. She is a typical calico gal; she loves on her terms! Her ideal home, now that she is more mature, is quiet and low traffic. She is seeking an adopter looking to share space with a beautiful gal. Sunny weighs 12 pounds.
