Willow (formally Jupiter) Willow is a gentle, sweet-natured cat with a soft personality and an even softer spot for snuggles. Adopted from Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control in 2021 when she was about 6 months old, Willow has grown into a loving companion who thrives in a low-key environment. She can be a bit timid at first, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her affectionate side really shines. Willow loves to curl up close and spend quiet time with her people—she’s the perfect cuddle buddy for cozy evenings at home. Willow would do best in a calm household without dominant or highly energetic pets. She currently lives with another cat who has a very strong personality, and while they don’t get along, it’s important to note that Willow is not the instigator—she simply prefers a more peaceful space where she can relax and feel secure.

Meet Tippsie, an 8-year-old dilute tortie with a gentle soul! Tipssie’s world changed when her beloved owner from kittenhood, now facing advanced cancer, could no longer care for her. She is a little timid at first, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into a sweet loving companion. She loves head and chin rubs, brushing, and even gives the cutest little forehead bumps. Since moving to a foster home from our shelter, she is much more comfortable. Tippsie is a laid back girl. She spends her afternoons napping, like most kitties, then joins her foster family when they get home from work for some petting and attention. Though not a lap cat (yet), Tippsie enjoys being close to her fosters and lets them carry her around. Tippsie would do best in a calm, quiet home with understanding adopters who will let her settle in at her pace. In return, Tipssie will reward you with companionship, gentle affection, and a loyal presence by your side! They are mixed breed unless otherwise noted. If a cat or kitten is designated as a particular breed we do not have papers to verify the breed information. We assign breeds to our cats and kittens based on similar appearance, size, and temperament as described in the breed description of a purebred cat. Our adoption fee is $120.00 for kittens under 1 year (2 for $200), $100 for cats over 1 year (2 for $180), and $150 - $250 for exotic breed cats or kittens. We do not have our own spay/neuter clinic so the adoption fee we charge helps our rescue pay for a portion of vet fees incurred to prepare a cat or kitten for adoption. The adoption fee includes a wellness exam, spay or neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, FeLV and FIV testing (negative/negative unless otherwise noted), treatment for parasites (fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, ear mites), and microchipping.

My roommate and I found Luna about a year ago at a gas station. We’re both college students so we did our best in caring for her. She was shy at first but once she came out of her shell we found that she’s definitely a diva. She’s very cuddly but on her terms( if you’re sitting she’ll initiate first), but if you reach for her first she’ll playfully bite. She loves any form of scratch boards or scratching anything ( our sofa has suffered). She’s good with dogs and kids. We haven’t seen her interact with any cats so far. We love her but she’s home by herself most of the time and the camera we have in our house which shows her meowing for hours. We are looking for a place where someone could be more attentive to her :)

Missy is a spayed female gray and tan dilute calico kitten, born on April 18, 2025. She is a little shy at first but will sleep on your lap just the same! Indoor cat only! The adoption fee is $50. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, PVR, Rabies, flea, tick, ear mite and worm treatment. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. Bailey is a spayed female calico cat, born on August 1. 2025. She is very affectionate and loves to be close to her person. She uses the litter box but is not particularly interested in other animals. She does like to play with toys. In door cat only!  The adoption fee is $50. Angelina was found in an alley and she was being fed by a neighbor. She is an attractive, female thus she was being courted by male strays. We did not want her to have any babies! I was able to put her in a carrier and take her to BARCS. They kept her for 2 weeks to try and socialize her, but they determined she was a candidate for TNR. She was fixed, vaccinated and given a flea treatment and I picked her up. She is slowly opening up more so in a home environment, which BARCS said may happen. She will need some time to warm up! She plays with toys, allows me to pet her, she enjoys wet and dry food and of course treats. She does not like to be held for long periods of time. I do not know how she does with children or dogs. She did have some alley cat friends. Angelina deserves to live in a home with a family ! Let's talk and find her the PURRRRFECT home.

We are looking to find a loving new home for our 10-year-old male tuxedo domestic shorthair cat, Jimi. He loves his independence but also enjoys a good snuggle and being close to his people on his own terms. He is litter box trained and up to date on his routine care. He has no known health conditions. Jimi enjoys spending time outdoors on our deck sunning himself and will come back inside when called - much like a dog. We are seeking a new home for Jimi because we have recently retired and plan to relocate. He would likely do best in a quiet home where he can feel secure and relaxed. We’re hoping to place him with someone who can give him the attention, stability, and affection he deserves in this next stage of his life.
