I've got a bit of a unique feature - a chronic watery eye - but don't worry, it's just part of my charm and doesn't affect me one bit. Elsie arrived at the shelter in May 2025. She was being fostered in New Bethlehem, PA. The person who was fostering her could no longer keep her. She is still timid and afraid of her new environment. Volunteers are able to pet her.
