Elsie arrived at the shelter in May 2025. She was being fostered in New Bethlehem, PA. The person who was fostering her could no longer keep her. She is still timid and afraid of her new environment. Kacy was discovered at a construction site for a house where several cats were being hoarded. Despite her challenging beginnings, she has proven to be an incredibly sweet girl who quickly wins over everyone she meets. One of Kacy's most distinctive features is her bob tail, which makes her stand out from the crowd. She has a gentle disposition and is very affectionate with our volunteers.
