Mable was found on the farm as a lonely kitten. She is now 11 years old. She has been around other cats and dogs her whole life but does fight every now and then with our other calico. She has neuropathy and walks with a very odd gate. She essentially walks on her knees on her hind legs, front legs are fine. Vet believes she is stressed in her current home making her worse. We cannot afford to take her to a vet neurologist so she stays in her current state. She will pee in certain areas of the house due to this stresses. She does not get along with a member of the family and vice versa. This continues the stress loop. She does not seem in pain but I can notice when her feet fall asleep. I am looking to re-home her with a family that can give her a soft landing. She is a very affectionate lap cat and deserves the best. She is great with kids and loves to head butt for scratches.
