Calico kittens & cats in Wharton, Texas

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from Angleton shelterHi!  I'm a dilute calico - and I do mean dilute!  I'm not exactly feral - but not exactly friendly either - very skittish.  Unfortunately that makes me unadoptable because people would like to pet their cat once in a while.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from neighborhoodHey there!  my name is DOT!!!   Know why?  Uhhh...I have an orange spot on my head!     I'm a little shy but sassy at the same time.    I  like humans but sometimes cats make me nervous...depending on the cat.  So, in those cases, I just hiss!   I did fine with the other cat I lived with, but when the humans gave us up, we got separated.   Checkers was adopted first. My personality is coming out more and more.  When my foster mom pets me , I meow and talk to her.  I like to stand up on my legs and put my paws on her knees to check things out!  I'm mild mannered and sweet natured.   Just want attention and some loving and petting.   Mom says I have a lot of potential to be a lap cat!   If you want to meet me, contact my foster mom, Janet, at catlady5555@yahoo.com.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

Her name is Cali, she is about 1. Has had one litter of kittens a few months ago. She is very loving, playful, and potty trained. I would like her to have a good home that won't abandon her. I found her when she was around 2-3 months old at an gas station right before an freeze. I am staying with family right now and have no income and and they don't want cats. I have held onto her because she had kittens and was waiting for 12 weeks when they were old enough not to need her. They have all have new homes. I wish I could keep her she is an good cat. Thank you.

A stray mom had a litter in my garage. Her kittens are cute and I know somebody is going to want a kitten for themselves or kids. They'll make good little cats they're very friendly already. I named this one Diana as a tribute to my aunt that passed last year.

HER SOULFUL EYES DELIVER YOU FROM DAILY CHAOS  DOB 2/14/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Rumi, an incredibly sweet, easygoing, and beautiful “tabico,” a.k.a. tabby-calico, gal with stunning colors that glow as if I were golden. Actually, I’m like any calico because I have large areas of white -- except I have brown tabby instead of the usual black. Peach patches are sprinkled over my tabby areas as if I’d gotten splattered with caramel in a candy factory. My favorite thing in the world is simple – to be next to you. It could be the complete peace I feel while I make biscuits when watching TV with you. Or it could be when I curl up beside you to settle in for a cozy head massage or belly rub! I’m the kind of kitty who seems to understand when you need company. Whether you’ve had a long day or just want to relax with a soft, furry, comforting presence nearby, I’m happiest lying next to you, soaking up your love, and giving it right back to you. You'll feel me affectionately weaving through your legs while you do chores, but I’m actually leaving my pheromones to mark you as mine. Although we will share an occasional wand-toy adventure together when the mood strikes, I’m basically a low-maintenance girl who knows not to demand your time and attention when you’re busy. I can entertain myself with window-patrol duty or cozy naps in soft beds. Plus I get along great with all ages of hoomans, including kids --as long as they are gentle and well-behaved -- as well as dogs; as far as other cats go, I prefer to be on my own. My foster meowmy first saw me roaming in her neighborhood as a friendly stray. For a long time she fed me as she drove by but finally succumbed to my winsome personality by bringing me inside. Now I’m ready to be the beautiful soul who brings my comforting energy, affectionate cuddles, and peaceful presence to bless my forever family. Could that be you? Give me a chance, and I’ll help deliver you from the turmoil of the day. HOPE ID 26-0128-G017 Rumi’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. To apply online: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site Rumi will be this weekend, email us at sfenicle1@gmail.com, and a volunteer will get back to you.
