Calico kittens & cats in Richmond, Texas

HER SOULFUL EYES DELIVER YOU FROM DAILY CHAOS  DOB 2/14/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Rumi, an incredibly sweet, easygoing, and beautiful “tabico,” a.k.a. tabby-calico, gal with stunning colors that glow as if I were golden. Actually, I’m like any calico because I have large areas of white -- except I have brown tabby instead of the usual black. Peach patches are sprinkled over my tabby areas as if I’d gotten splattered with caramel in a candy factory. My favorite thing in the world is simple – to be next to you. It could be the complete peace I feel while I make biscuits when watching TV with you. Or it could be when I curl up beside you to settle in for a cozy head massage or belly rub! I’m the kind of kitty who seems to understand when you need company. Whether you’ve had a long day or just want to relax with a soft, furry, comforting presence nearby, I’m happiest lying next to you, soaking up your love, and giving it right back to you. You'll feel me affectionately weaving through your legs while you do chores, but I’m actually leaving my pheromones to mark you as mine. Although we will share an occasional wand-toy adventure together when the mood strikes, I’m basically a low-maintenance girl who knows not to demand your time and attention when you’re busy. I can entertain myself with window-patrol duty or cozy naps in soft beds. Plus I get along great with all ages of hoomans, including kids --as long as they are gentle and well-behaved -- as well as dogs; as far as other cats go, I prefer to be on my own. My foster meowmy first saw me roaming in her neighborhood as a friendly stray. For a long time she fed me as she drove by but finally succumbed to my winsome personality by bringing me inside. Now I’m ready to be the beautiful soul who brings my comforting energy, affectionate cuddles, and peaceful presence to bless my forever family. Could that be you? Give me a chance, and I’ll help deliver you from the turmoil of the day. HOPE ID 26-0128-G017 Rumi’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. LOVES TO GIVE NOSE KISSES AND HEAD NUDGES  DOB 6/10/25 Hey there, everyone! I am Nelly, a friendly, affectionate, and outgoing calico gal with gorgeous swirls of bronze and black on my sides, striking green eyes, and a perfect rose-pink nose. What a beautiful package, if I do say so myself! But I am not just eye candy! So siree! I lovingly bestow nose kisses and head nudges as I snuggle in Foster Meowmy’s lap. In return, she scratches my ears, cheeks, and chin, and I exultantly luxuriate in her attention. I was a six-month-old teenager when I birthed my litter of four kittens in the apartment complex where Foster Meowmy lives. That is what happens when owners do not get their young pets spayed and then dump them outside when they move out of their apartment. Actually, I actively sought Foster Meowmy’s help when I sensed that she loved cats, and it was a literal miracle that she scooped us all up and brought us to the safe haven of her home. Since I am barely more than a kitten myself, I am saturated with kitten playfulness. You should see me bat jingle-bell balls around the room like a professional soccer striker! Now that I have permanently retired from doting motherhood, I am ready to put my beautiful, dainty face to work giving nose kisses and head nudges to my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! HOPE ID 26-0509-G059 Nelly’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. SHY ROSEBUD IS BLOOMING INTO A RESPLENDENT FLOWER  DOB 3/23/26        Hey there, everyone! I’m Loo Loo, a beautiful, sweet, and playful dilute calico gal who’s one of the #microwave-box-litter, which also consists of my four siblings Leroy, Lacy, Libby, and Lucy. We got our #name because someone left us in a microwave oven box on the doorstep of Foster Meowmy’s vet. Initially I was the shyest of my siblings, but as I get older and gain confidence, I’m developing my own unique courage. I enjoy swiping at the turkey-feather wand toy when Foster Meowmy waves it over my head, and you should see me zip up and down the cat tree! I’m no couch potato! No siree! I tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my siblings before we collapse in a kitten puddle upon exhaustion. Now I’m ready to bring my demure beauty and budding extroversion to bring love and laughter to my forever family. Could that be yours? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! HOPE ID 26-0613-C048 Loo Loo’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from Angleton shelterHi!  I'm a dilute calico - and I do mean dilute!  I'm not exactly feral - but not exactly friendly either - very skittish.  Unfortunately that makes me unadoptable because people would like to pet their cat once in a while.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from neighborhoodHey there!  my name is DOT!!!   Know why?  Uhhh...I have an orange spot on my head!     I'm a little shy but sassy at the same time.    I  like humans but sometimes cats make me nervous...depending on the cat.  So, in those cases, I just hiss!   I did fine with the other cat I lived with, but when the humans gave us up, we got separated.   Checkers was adopted first. My personality is coming out more and more.  When my foster mom pets me , I meow and talk to her.  I like to stand up on my legs and put my paws on her knees to check things out!  I'm mild mannered and sweet natured.   Just want attention and some loving and petting.   Mom says I have a lot of potential to be a lap cat!   If you want to meet me, contact my foster mom, Janet, at catlady5555@yahoo.com.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

Mocha is a playful, cheerful, and vocal cat who brings a lot of personality wherever he goes. He’s adventurous, curious, and loves being around people, always ready to explore or chat with you throughout the day. Whether he’s following you around the house or finding a new spot to investigate, Mocha keeps life entertaining. He is currently on a specialized urinary tract diet from Purina to help support his health and routine. Unfortunately, due to family allergies, we are looking to rehome him to a loving and caring home where he can get the attention and affection he deserves. Mocha would do great with someone who enjoys an interactive and energetic companion. 🧡

Meet Garfield, an irresistibly sweet and cuddly orange kitten who loves nothing more than snuggling up with his best friend Odie—these two are a bonded pair and must be adopted together! This little sweetheart is gentle with other cats and kids alike, making him the perfect addition to any loving home. If you're ready for double the purrs and twice the affection, Garfield and Odie are waiting to fill your life with joy!

Meet Buddy. 💙 Buddy's story started in the Chelsea Harbor neighborhood in Sugar Land, where he was heartbreakingly left behind when his owners moved away. For months, Buddy wandered the neighborhood looking for kindness. He started showing up at his current foster's door, crying to be let in. Of course, she couldn't ignore him. She began feeding him and giving him fresh water, and after seeing him day after day, she knew she had to help. Other neighbors had noticed him too and posted about him, hoping someone was looking for him. When Buddy was finally brought inside, he was thin and had wounds on his neck from trying to survive outdoors. His foster has worked incredibly hard to nurse him back to health, and today he's healthy, happy, and ready for the next chapter of his life. Buddy is an absolute sweetheart. He loves people, but he's still learning to fully trust after everything he's been through. He would do best in a home without dogs. Now all Buddy needs is a forever family that will never leave him behind again. ❤️ If you're interested in giving Buddy the loving home he deserves, send us a message or submit an adoption application at furryfriendsaa.org/adopt. Please share Buddy's story. The right family could be just one share away. 🐾💜
