Calico kittens & cats in Plover, Wisconsin

Tigerclaw is a curious, chatty guy who would love a home to explore and snuggle, where he can be with other FeLV+ kitties, or by himself. Tigerclaw loves to be held and will snuggle right up against your chest and lay there for as long as you'll let him! Tigerclaw may do well with other kitties, however Tigerclaw is positive for FeLV and would need to go to a home without other kitties, or with cats who are also positive for FeLV. FeLV can be passed from cat to cat through saliva, so any mutual grooming, nose to nose contact, and shared water bowls can become sources of infection. It cannot be transmitted to people. If you would like more information about FeLV cats, please email the Adoption Team at adoption@hspcwi.org. His adoption fee is $30. If you are interested in adopting a cat from HSPC, please complete our adoption application. Approved applicants will be contacted within 3 working days for an appointment. This fella really suits his name! Sweet Tea is a friendly, cuddly, lovable boy who is looking for a home where he can relax and snuggle! Sweet Tea is a slow-paced guy who just wants to be by your side and make sure you never feel lonely. Sweet Tea has been diagnosed with diabetes. This is something that will require veterinary care in the future. He should have an established veterinarian ready to help keep his diabetes under control. The good news is that Sweet Tea has been doing amazing! He is responding well to his one-a-day pill treatment and is feeling better each day. Sweet Tea's adoption fee is waived. Greased Lightning is a working cat. Cats that are a part of our Working Cat Program have been chosen because they do not like to be handled or picked up. You should not have expectations that the cat will be friendly or social. There is no fee to adopt a working cat. The adopter provides food, water, medical care and a warm safe place for the cats. Our working cats are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper and have a microchip. For more information email the Adoption Team at adoption@hspcwi.org. If you are interested in adopting a working cat, please submit an online application. When your application is approved, the Adoption Team will contact you to schedule an appointment to adopt.
