Story
Kida is sweetness personified! This loving little girl is around 2 years old and wants nothing more than to be held, cuddled and loved on as much as you'll let her. For such a little lady, she has a BIG purr, and will eagerly curl up in your lap to make biscuits all night long. If you're looking for a cuddly companion to keep you warm on these cold winter nights, Kida would gladly be your bunk-buddy! Kida is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on shots and looking for her forever home for the holidays. While she is an absolute love-bug with people, she doesn't seem too keen on sharing her human with other cats. She would do best as someone's one-and-only princess.

Story
Birdie came to SWCHS as a transfer from another humane society after spending almost six months there, having no luck finding her forever home. We`re hoping Birdie`s family is here in Wood County! Birdie is a sweet, chunky gal that is outgoing and affectionate! She loves to find the comfiest places to sleep, but she also really enjoys toys and laser pointers. Birdie is a cat for the people - she`s always at the door to her Gazebo asking all visitors to give her some lovin`! Miss Birdie prefers to be the star of the show; she isn`t a fan of other kitties. While she may adjust with some slow and patient introductions, we think she would do best in a home where she gets to be #1.

Story
Just like his namesake, Bowie`s pupils appear to be two different sizes. Don`t worry though, he can see the whole world just fine! Bowie has a Posterior Luxated Lens in his left eye. This doesn`t present him any problems currently, but he may develop glaucoma in the future as he grows into an old man. Bowie is soft, sweet, and gentle. He would do best in a home with adults and older children, and maybe other kitties if they`re just as calm as he is. Bowie loves to hang out in soft places, sunshafts, and maybe even your lap if you`re patient! He leans his head right into your hand when you scratch his cute little cheeks, and the longer you pet him, the louder his purr gets! For such a gentle guy, he really has a motor in there! If you`re looking for a mellow, relaxed kitty that would love to quietly keep you company and give you lots of slow blinks and purrs, then Bowie is the guy for you!

Story
Bear is a 10-year-old sweetheart with a lot of love to give and a LOT to say! Bear is a chatty guy that will gladly share his thoughts with you and respond to everything to say. He knows his name VERY well and will call back to you! Bear came to the shelter with his siblings Tigger and Peanut, and while he is fond of both, he really enjoys being with Tigger and they get along very well. Bear is a friendly, affectionate cat that REALLY enjoys human attention, and will gladly velcro himself to you and follow you around the house to supervise everything you`re doing.
