Story
Thanos is a Great Dane / Cane Corso mix and has been with a few different families in his first 2-1/2 years. His last home the owner rescued him and had several other animals and he was food aggressive with her other dogs.He really needs a patient new owner that has worked with these guardian breeds and especially one that hasn’t not been properly socialized as a puppy.Thanos is very reactive towards all other animals and people he doesn’t know, but it only takes a few minutes for him to relax once he realizes there isn’t a threat from a person. For that reason we do not walk him but we have a large backyard and I play fetch with a frisbee with him a couple times per day for his exercise.Thanos is very protective once he becomes comfortable with his new family. The previous owner is friends of our daughter and she had to give him up as she was unable to find his forever home and we are fostering him until we can find him his forever home.He loves playing fetch and tug of war.
