She came to the shelter because her previous owners didn’t have the time or resources to continue her training—but Roo has already shown she has so much potential to thrive in the right home.She is housebroken and crate trained, knows sit and lay down, and does wonderfully when left alone in the house. Roo is also excellent in the car, making her a great companion for errands or road trips.Roo does well with medium and large dogs and can enjoy canine friends with proper introductions. She is very interested in cats, so a cat-free home or one with experienced owners who can manage slow introductions and boundaries would be best.As a Cane Corso, Roo will do best with a confident, committed adopter who understands large, intelligent breeds and can provide continued training, structure, and leadership.
