Meet Zeus! Zeus is a big, lovable Cane Corso mix with an even bigger personality. This handsome senior boy is truly a “hunk of burning love,” full of joy, affection, and a playful spirit that will keep you smiling every day. Zeus is a happy-go-lucky guy who sometimes forgets just how big he is. He loves running around the yard, exploring, and being part of whatever is going on. One of his cutest quirks is his little excited “skip,” it’s guaranteed to make your day. He is incredibly affectionate and loves cuddling just as much as he loves playtime. While he enjoys his dog bed, his favorite place is right next to his person, especially if that means spooning and soaking up all the love. He gives plenty of kisses and will happily hold paws during a good cuddle session. Zeus is social and enjoys being around other dogs, often greeting them with a friendly lick as he passes by. He also loves food and proudly takes on the role of “official taste tester” in the kitchen. If you’re cooking, you can count on him to be nearby and ready to help. He is crate trained, follows commands well, and thrives with routine. Zeus is also great with kids, making him a wonderful family companion. Zeus was saved from a euthanasia list in Houston, Texas, and is now safe in foster care while waiting for his forever home. He is fully vetted, neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and has been maintained on heartworm prevention. He is available for out-of-state transport to the right adopter. If you’re looking for a big, loving companion who will bring laughter, cuddles, and a whole lot of personality into your life, Zeus is your guy.
