Meet Jupiter ??Jupiter is a 10-month-old Cane Corso mix with a heart as big as his paws. The shelter has been overwhelming for him, and he can look scared and unsure in his kennel—but once he’s out, Jupiter transforms into a completely different dog. Sweet, playful, affectionate, and full of love, he truly shines in a calm, home-like environment.Jupiter was returned through no fault of his own. His previous owner suffered a torn rotator cuff and is facing a long rehabilitation period, making it impossible to continue caring for him. Before coming back to the shelter, Jupiter was living happily in a home where he proved just how wonderful he is.He’s fantastic with young children, gets along great with other dogs, is cat-friendly, and loves to play. His former owner describes him as playful, affectionate, obedient, and active—and it shows. Jupiter already knows an impressive list of commands: sit, stay, shake, come, no, wait, lay down, speak, quiet, and heel. He’s a smart boy who’s eager to please.Jupiter needs someone who can see past his fear in the kennel and trust who he really is—a loving, well-mannered, joyful dog who just wants to feel safe again. In the right home, Jupiter won’t just be a good dog… he’ll be an amazing one. ????
