Central TX... Anyone looking for a new buddy? Look no further!! Here's our big, beautiful, gentle boy, ❤️Bodhi❤️...He is available for adoption! He is aprox 105 lbs Cane Corso/Bully mix? approx 5-6 yrs old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, uptodate on shots, kenne l(too big for crates} trained, house broken, quiet, except when he needs food, water, potty etc then he has this very loud bark...lol...best with no other dogs, or a calm & friendly female after careful, slow introductions. Great with women and kids, does NOT like ALL men, ONLY SOME men, so maybe their deep voice or height bothers him... He is an INDOOR ONLY dog, lying around all day, he likes to chill out, but he does like outside playtime and runs around a SECURE yard, or walks nicely ON LEASH, loves a kiddy pool to splash in..Best with children 12+ as he could inadvertantly knock over a younger child. He is very big and strong so needs a savvy handler, .if interested, please contact us for a meet & greet. An adoption fee, contract and yard/home check will be required before adoption... Story
Hi my name is Hanalei :) I am Cane Corso mix. This beautiful girl was found shivering, underweight, and covered in fleas with bite wounds on her body. She was huddled behind our apartment building in Austin and was obviously dumped. I immediately took her in and have been rehabilitating her ever since. She was around 2-3 months when I found her with obvious signs of abuse. At first she was timid, scared to be touched, and very submissive. Now at 8 months, and after much socialization and desensitization she is the confident, loving, and excited to explore the world dog she was meant to be. She is potty trained and kennel trained. 0 food, toy, or stranger aggression. Absolutely 0 dog aggression which was very important to me as she is a big strong dog. She knows how to sit, shake, and lay down. Her favorite thing in the world is fetch and she will bring you her toy until it is thrown. There will be an adoption fee as she deserves a serious forever home with a big backyard !
