I am a big, sweet guy with the biggest smile and the perfect radar-dish ears! I am potty trained, settle well in a crate, walk nicely on a harness in public, and have had positive interactions with children as young as five. I am also quite the scholar, and know sit, down, and place- I would love a family that wants to teach me more tricks, as I am a big fan of using my big boy brain. I ride well in the car, love saying hi to new people, and am happy to snooze at your feet when we`re done playing- did I mention that I`m also a big fan of the kiddie pool? Here in shelter playgroups, you can find me playing tag with my puppy friends. My adoption fee has been generously waived, so while you can`t buy love you can rescue it- ask to see me today!

Hi everyone,Bubba is my dog who I personally picked out of the litter when i was a young teen. He is a young 14 year old with so much life left in him. No health issues. Our family has grown and with Bubba never having been around babies his whole life, he is struggling to adjust to the changes. He is not comfortable with children. He is silly, playful, and the perfect cuddle partner. He is protective, so like most dogs, he’ll make sure the lawnmowers don’t come too close to the home. He is good with other well trained dogs but gets anxious around dogs who are not trained and do not give him space. He appreciates when he is given space to warm up and gets uncomfortable with forward confrontation from other humans and dogs. He loves to play, loves any amount of touch, and wants to be given the attention he deserves. The ideal home for him is a couple/male with a backyard. No other dogs or cats. Bubba is a charming boy and would bring so much to your life if you chose to adopt him.
