Story
Meet Penny! Our sweet, shy little Shiba Inu Penny is ready to find her forever home. Sadly, Penny was dumped at a construction site and was trapped by rescue volunteers. She was so scared and had never been on a leash in her life, but was nothing but sweet and submissive. That's her true personality. Penny has now been with us for a few months and has finished all of her medical care to be ready for adoption. She is a very petite girl at just 18lbs and lives with both dogs and cats. She's great with all animals and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Penny is still very scared in new places and with new people, so we want her to go to a home with other animals to make her feel more comfortable. She must have at least one dog in the home, a secure solid 6ft fenced yard and no kids. If you have visiting kids, she will need to be crated separately so that they don't let her out a door. She isn't mean, but kids leave doors open and their loud noises would scare her. Penny is so easy that you almost wouldn't know she's there, but she's a great best friend for your animals and always with them. She's crate trained, can be left at home while you work just fine and house trained. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300 and she is in Tampa. www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt
