Story

Meet your new best friend, Umi ... an adult Carolina Dog/Shepherd mix who is the perfect blend of playful energy and sweet companionship! Born, we believe in 2021, and weighing in at 55 pounds, she's a great medium size--big enough for adventures, but still happy to curl up close for snuggles. Umi is a social girl who gets along great with other dogs! She's housebroken, crate trained, loves car rides (shotgun seat, please!) and is always up for an outing or adventure! Whether it's a trip to the park or just cruising around town, she's happiest when she's by your side. She's energetic and would thrive with an active family who can keep her engaged and exercised. Umi is currently being professionally trained at Rucker. She's super smart and knows many commands so if you're looking for a sweet, friendly, and fun-loving companion who's ready to be part of your everyday life, she might just be your perfect match. Umi is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you're interested in adopting this special girl, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.October 15, 2026, 12:03 pm

Story

We rescued Chance from a field when he was about one month old. He will turn 3 years old in December. We are looking for a home that can give him the time, space, exercise, companionship, and consistent attention he needs. He is a high-energy dog who loves to play and would do best with an active person or family who can keep him engaged and give him plenty of opportunities to exercise. Chance is sweet, playful, energetic, affectionate, and social. He is crate trained, does well with other pets, is neutered, and is up to date on all of his vaccines. We love him very much and want to find him a home where he can truly thrive.

Story

Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Sociable, easy-goingMeet Andrielle Your Easygoing, Dog-Loving Best Friend Andrielle is the kind of dog who makes life easy. At 6 years old and 40 pounds, this sweet girl has a calm, medium-energy personality and a wonderful ability to go with the flow. She adores other dogs and has lived happily with multiple foster dogs. She also regularly enjoyed shelter playgroup and is great at matching her play style to her canine friends. A doggy sibling would be a wonderful bonus for her! Andrielle has also been friendly with children under 10. She loves cuddling with her people but is equally happy entertaining herself when you’re busy. She listens well, knows come, sit, down, and off, is housetrained, and walks nicely on leash. She does have some mild-to-moderate food or environmental allergies that can make her itchy, but they don't seem to slow her down or affect her happy-go-lucky personality. Andrielle is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines. Breed is our best guess, but we’re certain about one thing: she’s 100% good girl. She was adopted and returned because the resident dog wasn't ready for another dog. She had to go back to the shelter because her old foster is no longer available. Andrielle's shelter ID is A0060592482. Shelter address is 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Chamblee, GA 30341 as the BEST way to meet her will be in person! Their hours are 11:00am-7:00pm M-F, 11:00am-6:00pm weekends. Questions? adoption@dekalbanimalservices.com or pam@doggieharmony.org Ready to meet Andrielle?
