Story
Milli is a 4 year old mixed breed. She weighs almost 60 pounds (of muscle) and is house trained. She is very very loyal and loves to be right next to you. She is so sweet and loves attention. She loves all people and is good with children as well. She has been fully professionally trained by 2nd Chance K9 Training and that training and lifetime support will be transferred to anyone who adopts Milli. Unfortunately she needs to be in an only dog home as she does not get along well with other animals. The trainer has had her interact with other dogs under her strict supervision and control but Milli’s exposure to other animals needs to be as minimal as possible without a professional trainer present. The trainer will work with the adopter to make sure they can safely take Milli to the vet as needed. She is one of the trainer’s favorite clients and would be such a great addition to a home without other pets. Please consider giving this sweetheart a loving home!

All she needs is her forever home ! If you are looking for a best friend, come and meet sweet Nettie. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
