Kovu was given to me by a friend because they couldn’t keep him anymore. I’ve had him for little over a year, he’s a good cat, he enjoys catnip and playing with other animals, he’s a cuddler and I’m not sure if he’s good with kids as i do have one on the way I haven’t had him around kids. He’s a fairly large cat and eats A LOT so an automatic feeder would be something he would need, he has this habit of kicking litter out of the box so he would also need a litter box that has a cover so he doesn’t make a mess. The reason I am getting rid of him is the boy smell. I have a baby on the way and the male ammonia smell is very strong with him, he’s a good cat just a little unsanitary for a cat

Goldie was rescued from an apartment complex in Pullman Washington where I formerly lived. She had given birth to four kittens, and were living in a rabbit hole near my apartment. With the help of neighbors, after 5 days of trying, we managed to trap Goldie and her kittens. The local humane society was overflowing with cats, so we could only surrender 2 of the kittens. I decided to keep Goldie and her daughter Poe. As Poe grew, I started noticing Goldie’s behavior changing, she became more aggressive towards her daughter and more possessive of me. To the point Poe would hide from her mom most evenings when I returned home from work. Goldie would actively prevent me from playing with Poe. I was hoping they would outgrow this issue, but as time went on it got worse. Now that Poe is actually larger than her mom, I worry they will get into a fight that would require a visit to the vet. Goldie is a very sweet cat, talkative and affectionate. She would probably do well in a single cat house

We got Paco from a shelter in Greeley. He is an amazing cat but takes time to warm up to new people. He is very shy and the definition of a scaredy cat. This is the “Behavioral Issues” in the description. I put it under that since it was the closest thing to it. He loves to be pet and when comfortable purrs without being touched. He loves treats like Delectables and we haven’t found a type (wet or dry) of food he doesn’t like. We are giving him up because we don’t feel like he is a good fit for us. He needs a lot of love and attention but unfortunately we work too much to provide this. He has warmed up a lot in the last month but we feel like our lifestyle is hindering his growth. It also doesn’t help that he triggers one of our allergies pretty bad. He is also litter trained but in new environments might be too scared to use or may have accidents.
