I'm still shy but my purr-motor turns on as soon as the petting begins. I'll patiently wait for you to initiate as I am still too shy to demand the love I deserve after my colony life. I enjoy quiet time in my foster's office and tolerate the other cats the visits but really try to avoid him as much as possible. So, I'd prefer to be the only kitty in your home. I am about 3 years old, perfect using the litter box and like looking out a window on a sunny day. I don't hiss or scratch, I'm just quite content to be in the background for now. Please don't let FIV be why you pass me by. I don't even know what it means to me because I'm just a carrier. My life will be long and awesome with my new quiet and loving person. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Snowman is a stunning flame point with an even warmer heart. This boy is super sweet, a professional cuddler, and firmly believes the best place to sleep is right next to your face. Personal space? Never heard of her. 😌 Snowman does have diabetes insipidus, which means he drinks more water and pees more than the average kitty. The good news? He’s on medication that helps manage it beautifully. He’ll need to stay on this medication for life (with possible dose adjustments as he grows), but he takes his pills like an absolute champ—no drama, no fuss. Because of this, Snowman is feeling great and living his best life. He’s happy, healthy, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s constant companion. If you’re looking for a loving cat who will stick by your side (and your pillow), Snowman is your guy. Extra water bowls and a little understanding required—endless love and cuddles included at no extra charge. 💙🐾

Nyssa is a shy Siamese cat at first but will become affectionate as she gets to know you, she has a bit less of a Siamese personality due to her father being a domestic short hair breed so she is not as talkative as her partner Monty (also up for adoption).
