Story
Mini is a great people cat! She is friendly, lovable with all - including strangers. She is also able to amuse herself when there are no people around by leisurely laying near the screen on the porch where she can watch everyone coming and going. She likes to be petted, brushed, and especially likes treats. In addition to people, Mini also gets along great with all the cats in her house. Come meet this loving kitty, spend some time with her and see for yourself what an amazing kitty she is!    Mini is FIV positive. FIV in cats is similar to HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus) and causes a feline disease that is similar to AIDS in humans.  Although FIV is similar to AIDS in humans it is a highly species-specific virus that infects only felines. While there is currently no definitive cure for FIV in felines, with proper care there is no reason a cat infected with FIV cannot live a very normal, healthy life for many years -- if managed appropriately.  Birth date May 2017May 1, 2024, 12:50 pm

Story
Phoebe came to ARC because of her guardian’s failing health and inability to care for Phoebe any longer. Phoebe is still adjusting to not being in her forever home with all her familiar surroundings, but she is beginning to come around nicely. She is still a little shy, but good with people and has lots of love to offer. Although she currently lives in the Casa Luis cottage with other FIV+ cats, she would do best as the only cat in her forever home. FOSTEREDMay 1, 2024, 12:50 pm

Fay is a little shy with strangers, but certainly worth the time it takes to get to know her.  She likes snuggling on a soft blanket up on a cat condo where she can watch everyone coming and going. She especially likes treat time and loves wet food. She enjoys playing with toys that have feathers. She is good with other cats and would do best in a quiet home.   BIRTH DATE  June 16, 2019May 1, 2024, 12:50 pm

Story
Sean –This striking kitty with tuxedo coat is looking for a forever home where he can get lots of attention and love! Sean is shy with strangers and would need someone willing to spend a little extra time getting to know him. We assure you it would certainly be worth the time it would take to earn his trust. He is good with other cats and would not mind having another cat or two as a companion. We feel Sean would do best in a quiet home with no children. This handsome fellow surely has lots of love to offer in return for a little extra “get to know you” time.   his birthdate  is March 4, 2020May 1, 2024, 12:50 pm
