Story
Bruno was adopted from an animal shelter as a kitten. He is about 3 years old now. He is a great cat but desperately wants to be outside. Unfortunately we do not live in an area that is safe for him to do that. We feel he will be a happier cat if he is allowed outdoors. He is independent and adventurous and generally aloof until he wants affection. He sheds very little compared to other cats. He might look chubby in the pictures posted but he's not, just loose skin. Also, we including for free an enclosed automatic litter box ($300+ value). We don't like the smell of cat litter boxes and this machine does an excellent job of eliminating the odors and automatically scooping the poop.

Story
We got Fluff at the shelter in Pocatello, Idaho. She is very loving and gets along with everyone that she meets. She does not get a long with cats so she would need to be the only cat in the home. She definitely loves her cuddles and pet times. We are relocating and unable to take her with us to the new home. She comes with everything that you would need for her at no extra cost. She has a litter box, an rfid chip feeder, an apple tag on her collar, a bag of food, toys, scratching post, brushes, and a window hammock that she loves to sit in. We are wanting her to go to a great home. She does require a urinary diet as she was having frequent UTI’s but we have had no issues the past couple years since starting her on this diet. Let me know if you have any questions or would love to meet her!

Story
Meet Kitty! Kitty is a 13-year-old sweetheart who has been with our family since she was a kitten. She loves attention, cuddles, and being wherever her people are. She’s incredibly friendly, gets along great with dogs and other cats, and truly becomes part of the family. She’s healthy, up to date on all vaccinations, and has received regular yearly vet care. She’s mostly an indoor cat but has always enjoyed supervised time outside. We recently moved into a much smaller home and welcomed a new baby. Kitty isn’t happy in the smaller space, and we’re concerned about both her safety near a busy road and her habit of cuddling closely with our baby. This decision is heartbreaking. We love Kitty deeply and want to ensure she goes to a safe, loving home. We will carefully consider applicants because finding the right family for her means everything to us. ❤️

ADOPT STORMY: Stormy is a sweet, active, silver-grey girl. She enjoys attention! Pets and cuddles are welcome. Like most cats, Stormy will take a little time getting to know you, but once she does she will be your best friend forever. Stormy does well with gentle dogs and children. She’s okay with other cats that are not territorial, but would probably really blossom as an only cat. Story
ADOPT CHRISTOPHER (2 yrs) AND RUBY (3 yrs) They are a bonded pair, beautiful “people cats” with great personalities. They are lap cats. This is an opportunity for you to adopt animals truly in need of rescuing, but, at the same time they can be rescuers too. Who doesn’t need love, loyalty, and companionship. We all do, and these sweet animals can fill that void for you. They have much love to give. There are advantages to adopting adults, not the least of which is financial. Chris and Ruby have all necessary vetting and vaccines—including rabies—the cost of which is handled by HJC. Both cats have been spayed or neutered. Another advantage of adopting Christopher and Ruby is that their personalities are fully formed—unlike that of kittens—so you can know what you are getting. By adopting them, not only would you be helping them, but you would benefit from knowing that you saved two innocent lives. If you would like to meet Christopher and Ruby, follow this link and fill out a Potential Adopter application: https://happyjackcats.org/adopt ❤️❤️❤️ Neutered male: tabby with lots of white Spayed female: Ruby, blk & wt long hair Age-appropriate vaccines FIV/FeLV negative Microchips Indoor home only NO DECLAWING!
